PHOTOS: The Laurita’s And Gorgas Have A Friend Night!
Could it be? The Gorgas and Lauritas are hanging out despite the fact that there is no cameras to film it? Regardless of how many times Jacqueline has told many people that she is not friends with Melissa Gorga, she invited them to her house this past weekend and the two tweeted photos of them hanging out for the world to see!
Jacqueline tweeted, “Chris&I have @melissagorga @joegorga &kids in the house!Serious card game going on.Mel is enjoying Sopresatta&drinking wine.I’m making PECS.”
Melissa Gorga then tweeted a photo of her and Jacqueline fooling around with toys (photoed above) saying, “I don’t want to grow up, I’m a Toy’s R Us kid..” and Jacqueline added, “It’s getting fun over here at the Laurita’s!”
Melissa uploaded another photo of Joe and “the guys” below
I just think the whole situation is weird..these people used to be Teresa’s best friends and now they hate Teresa and Joe Gorga is buddy buddy with them? Just weird..

Jac and Mel are two sick puppies. I see the alcohol is still flowing heartily in the Laurita household. Well, Chris had no insurance because Signature Apparel is gone and BLK probably doesn’t carry health insurance for anybody. Doubt that Bravo insures these people. This may be a little off topic, but during the first season I really liked both Chris AND Jacqueline. I thought they were a cute, loving couple. Right up until the episode when Jacqueline “discovered” what Chris kept in his big safe! It looked like the gun closet for a small SWAT team! Jacqueline seemed (or acted) like it was a big surprise to her. She also seemed quite excited by the guns. The whole scene was just weird and creepy. It changed my whole attitude about them. JMHO

Teresa is moving up while the rest of them are going nowhere at the moment. All they are doing is continuing to show us why we dislike them so much. They may garner a little attention but it’s all negative, I see nothing positive about what they have done and are doing now. Teresa has been introduced to some pretty important people through her promoting all of these products but a major introduction with Donald Trump when she was on the C.A. Trump has made comments about Teresa, all good while she was on the show. He also made the statement that she’s smart. Through her contact with him and nephcure puts Teresa on a different playing field than the rest of NJ housewives. They are out of her league at this moment in time and they know it. Even her brother is proving to be a lowlife. I’m sure his parents love him still but I doubt he will ever have a close relationship with them as long as his wife does what she does. I feel most for the children. They are being exposed to their bad behavior. They think these digs are harmless but to hurt your sister and parents like this (and people it is hurtful, it’s a big slap in the face to teresa)their kids are learning the same passive aggressive behavior. At some point there will be so much regret but I guess it’s all about living in the moment.

Joe never cared about repairing a relationship with Teresa. I believe teresa when she said things were good before they came on the show. Those two made a promise to bravo to take teresa down if they put them on the show. I totally believe that. So what i’m trying to say is that joey and melissa had to create drama with teresa in order to fulfill that promise. If they make up then then have absolutely no story. I never liked Caroline. I always thought she was a hypocrite. And sure enough, she showed the real Caroline in season 4. And frankly, I never care for people who try to come off as “holier than thou”. Those are the hardest to reason with, as they think they are always right.
However, perhaps Caroline can learn from season 4 and become a nicer person. And learn her mistakes, and admit and apologize for them. Saying that, I would never ever buy her book, because she needs help in the departments of “friendship, family and success” that she is trying to sell.

It’s been over a year since they have spoken to Tre, at least that’s what they all claim. By all accounts, it looks like they have all moved on from Tre and she from them, except for all the talking about each other. If these people want to hang out, let them. I think it’s disrespectful of Joe to do that to his sister, but then again I wouldn’t treat my brother the way he has treated his sister.
I really think this get together is more about prepping for filiming than actual friendship. Remember, they have to have a storyline and it looks like it’s going to be “see how happy we are without Tre, please don’t fire us Bravo”

Why does everyone call Jaq an alcoholic? Ive never seen or heard about any of this in the press, only on this blog. Is this just peoples perspective or is it fact? anyway, just wondering and hoping this show lightens up a bit. This season was so dark and sad. I feel so badly for all the kids and especially the parents of all the people they show each week. They must be horrified at the antics of their grown children. I know I would be!

I am happy for many people. Look, I was not a rabid fan of any of the housewives until I saw the way they took the story and went after Teresa. I don’t like it. That is truly the spirit of not being happy for somebody and Bravo should know better because these women are how Bravo enriches itself.
We have all seen the Melissa Gorgas in our lives – people who over estimate their own talent and then get eaten up by jealousy when someone who they are competing with succeeds beyond what she thinks they should. It has been well documented that Melissa wanted to be a part of this franchise from the beginning. Teresa succeeded by accident and not design but once she did, she capitalized on it.
Melissa just isn’t really that talented. Teresa took things she knew and was comfortable with – cooking, beauty products and went with those. She didn’t try acting or singing. And before you start crying about those being her mother’s recipes – who cares? Her mother didn’t because she was seen participating in the cook book shoot at Teresa’s house. Do I think Teresa was over sensitive about Kathy’s comments regarding some of the recipes? Yes but I also believe some of that was a reaction to the sustained attacks all season.
Melissa’s music is marketed to a very small demographic. As a club mix for dancing, sure, why not? But her songs are not the material that sells lots of albums. These comparisons to J-Lo…well, they are ridiculous. It is widely known that her music career has tanked but that her savvy business acumen has been responsible for her high profile and financial success. And it came from building her brand from the ground up starting when she was very young.
What Melissa is looking for is instant success. She seems to feel that she is a big star already based on a few club “hits” and behaves accordingly without paying her dues (and dancing at a strip bar is not paying the dues) And there is a big difference between sexually provocative posing and classy allure. That photo shoot was a prime example – she was writhing around on her table like a porn queen. The constant ass grabbing, hooker heels, dresses up to the crotch…just not classy/

I’m not sure if Jac is an alcoholic but whenever they film her, she is pouring the wine. I do think she has a drinking problem. Anytime of day or night the wine is flowing. She has been shown sloshed on the show more than once. I like a glass of good wine but one thing that concerns me about this show (and I mean the whole franchise), is the use of alcohol to excess. The younger cast members are affected too – Ashley has been having an obvious battle and I did not enjoy seeing Chris Manzo drinking until he was legless and then throwing up at the restaurant. He and Albie were particularly harsh judges of Ashley while doing the exact same things. I think Jac’s issues are exacerbated by an underlying mental health issue.
Isn’t it cray cray the shit she spews, lol? I always hear from people that have been at her signing or who write about them, how crowded they get, how great it was.. and she has been doing signings for quite some time now with much success!

Question, if Teresa was telling Jacqueline her and Joe’s plans about spending a ton of money and then filing for bankruptcy then first, why was Jacqueline complaining all season that Teresa wasn’t confiding in her as a friend about the financial issues she and Joe were having and second, why instead of filing for bankruptcy did Teresa decide to pay back her debt?
The Giudices did file for bankruptcy. They were then found to be hiding money and assets and if they had chosen not to withdraw their FALSE bankruptcy claim, we’re facing time in PRISON for Bankruptcy FRAUD. So she didn’t really choose to pay back her debts, she chose to not go to prison. Outstanding citizen.
And we’re supposed to be impressed by Victoria Gotti, why? Her father was a kingpin, she’s a nothing.

In the beginning, I actually liked Caroline and Jacqueline and Dina. As things have unfolded, I have not liked the behavior Caroline and Jacqueline have displayed towards Teresa. Last season was the epitome of ugly. Credit where it is due – I saw a change in Caroline towards the end of the reunion. I also saw a side of Jacqueline that was just plain ugly. On reflection, I have realized that Jacqueline has been displaying these things subtly throughout the seasons but under stress, it is showing itself more and more.
It would be one thing if I was standing out here alone saying it. The fact is, many many people have commented on the same things I saw.
I also happen to like Kathy Wakile – I’m not worried if people despise me for that. I think she has a talent and love for cooking and I have told her that I think she should pursue it. I also told her that I thought Rich’s comments hurt her professional credibility. That being said, I like Richie for the most part. Not everything he says….but I like his support for his family and how he seems to genuinely want happiness for Rosie. I think Kathy got caught up in the Teresa stuff because she was very hurt by her. I also think she said some things at the reunion that she probably deeply regrets.
I don’t like and will never like Melissa Gorga. She wanted to be on this show because she feels she deserves fame and she is prepared to do anything to get it. Throughout the season she contradicted herself in her talking heads – then contradicted those statements again at the reunion. She appears to be a compulsive liar but the most telling statement was her screaming “I am the victim!” I believe she has manipulated Joe Gorga and while he is no angel, he is unable to clearly see the game Melissa has been playing.
