Melissa Gorga Says She Won’t Discuss Joe’s Mysterious Phone Call; And Talks The Toast Drama
RHONJ star Melissa Gorga took to her blog to discuss Sunday’s episode. Melissa says she refuses to weigh in Teresa’s marriage and discuss Joe’s mysterious phone call and talks the toast drama saying that it might have been just an honest mistake!
“Hi lovers!??Today is my 8-year wedding anniversary to the love of my life. I’m very proud of the family we created together and the bond we have. Marriage is never easy; you constantly have to work on it. I put my all into my marriage and show Joe respect — I respect him as a father and as a husband more than words can say. We are so blessed and I am grateful. He’s truly the love of my life! ? ?So we are still in Cali! How gorgeous is the estate we stayed at? Now this is vacation. It was truly breathtaking! The vineyard Chris and the boys took us to visit was so much fun. I had no idea it was supposed to be just business! The Manzo/Laurita clan didn’t look so happy. Sorry, guys! We were on vacation and there was wine everywhere… I don’t think we should have gone on that business trip! LOL! We probably should have stayed at the estate and let them do their business thing.? ?The surprise 50th birthday dinner for Caroline was so sweet and so special coming from her family. I love the bond that family has, they are unbreakable. Whenever I see them all together, I always think of my own family with one girl and two boys. I know we will be as happy as they are when I’m 50! God bless them. The speeches were perfect, and we all shed a tear!
I’m not going to get into the phone call we saw Joe have. I didn’t like it when Teresa made accusations about my marriage, so I’m not going to do it to hers. They have four daughters that need to be protected from this, so I will leave it to Joe and Teresa to explain it. How they choose to live within their marriage has nothing to do with any of us. I was very upset when I watched the episode, and I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy. We may have our differences, but I would never want this to happen to her.
When Teresa and I were talking in the RV, I thought it was hysterical! I was teasing her and she was laughing. It was perfect. I needed to explain to her that when she puts out these articles about her marriage and kids in a magazine and accepts a paycheck, then it’s no longer just her business, it is now everyone’s business. So she can’t get upset when people discuss it. I felt like she was listening to me, but I’m not sure, because I just saw another one yesterday. To each their own. Just trying to help and get her past this hump.
I did think Teresa was trying to make a nice toast, but the fact that she mentioned all the ladies besides Kathy ruined it. I can see why Kathy was upset and a little embarrassed. Relationships aren’t about taking turns. It shouldn’t be that it’s either one relationship or the other. It might have just been an honest mistake. Not really sure, what do you guys think?”
I just find it annoying that Melissa constantly has to say “I won’t discuss Teresa’s marriage because I didn’t like when she discussed my marriage.” Yea, we get it! You’ve made that point a thousand times! Thoughts on what Melissa had to say?!

I think Melissa is very smart and learned last season that she wasn’t winning her argument that Teresa is a monster. So she has tried being nicer in her blogs. I bet if the majority of the audience sided with Caro, Jac, Kathy, & Mel with their little plan to take T down, her blog would read completely different. I think she’s fake
Really this is the first blog ever where she didn’t go after Teresa’s jugular. You must not read Melissa’s blogs if you came to your conclusion.

MeHo says that Tre has for daughters that need to be protected from this, but she needs to put a sock in it because she went on the show and destroyed them. Was she trying to protect Tre’s beautiful, innocent daughters??? NO! She just wanted instant fame and money! Fake, fake, fake woman!
Who cares if Tre has another Magazine cover??? She’s the only one they want, and she sells copies. Can’t say the same for he rest. HAHAAA! If MeHo was asked to be on that cover, she would be on it in 2 seconds, and would rag on Tre because she knows she’s irrelevant without bringing up Tre’s name. So, MeHo should shut up and stop dissing Tre all the time because MeHo is the one constantly talking trash. Passive aggressive much? Enough with it. Bravo better ruin her next season. It’s only fair!!!!!

Melissa is full of it , if she really doesn’t want to mention the phone call , then why not just not bring it up at all. Melissas comment is similar to Carolines passive aggressive digs at Dina Manzo. In every single interview she would say, shes my baby sister, ill take a beating for her, i wont hit back.. Implying that Dina is hitting her when Dina has kept her mouth shut about Caroline… You seriously have to be blind and deaf not to see these people for the hypocrites they are. Boggles the mind!

CaroClown always says that which implies that Dina is a liar, and it bugs when CaroClown always says “I’ll take a beating for her, I’ll never hurt her, She’s my baby sister” yada yada yada! People will think Dina is the one that’s evil or something. Why do I say that? I’ve read both of their Twitters before, and many have tweeted Dina saying how she could do that to her own sister, why she would pick Tre over her, why she’s not loyal to Caroli e when Caroline has never fought back or hurt her, and so on… Caroline loves playing little miss innocent, that’s for sure!
As far as MeHo… Fake, fake, and more fake! She’s lame, and she’s knows what we all think of her. That’s why she tries to stay quiet in her blogs, but she always ALWAYS has to throw in little passive aggressive comments about Tre all the time. Pathetic!
Actually I don’t remember Teresa discussing her brother’s marriage to anyone on the show. This season started with her brother putting out there a *private* conversation. AND that is the real reason WHY she is not going there because Teresa never discussed their marriage on the show unless her brother or Melissa brought it up. DOH!!! Does she really think viewers are stupid??
She is totally right that maybe they should have stayed behind while those there for business did just that. Of course, that would be way too boring for Bravo and it’s much better for them to make the Gorgas, Wakiles and Giudices look like they had no manners. DOH, again, the toast was to the hosts of the trip and to her brother and Melissa because they spent most of their time with them. If Kathy wanted credit she could have spent more time with her cousin and less time licking Caroline’s ass.
You are absolutely right what I can remember is Joe Gorga did put it on NATIONAL TV their private conversation. Tre did it in private NOT on TV so everyone can see so once they put it out there Tre responded to what he said.
It was another dig at Teresa. Totally agree w/ you Rox! It annoys me to no end that she acts like she’s taking the high road. But in all actuality she’s still bringing it up. Melissa says she is not going to say anything about the Gudice marriage, maybe because she has said plenty in the past and it made her look crappy. As for the toast Kathy was not the only female not called by name, Lauren was not called and neither was Greg. Melissa knows Teresa was not trying to be mean. Melissa not Slowjoe seems to distancing herself from the bitter pack.

I think Meho is reinventing/positioning herself for Season 5. Bravo probably advised her to soften herself for 5′s storylines. She has been UNUSUALLY quiet on twatter since the whole Jac/Teresa friendship breakdown and more neutral in her blogs…. something is up, that’s for sure. You can’t tell me for someone who hasn’t spoken to Teresa for a year, that she is on her ‘side’ now. It’s a career move for sure.

Teresa didn’t discuss Melissa’s marriage on camera, she spoke directly to her brother, off-camera, months before the show aired. He, Joey, decided to bring that conversation out on the show. From my understanding there are rumors floating all around NJ about little Mrs.ondisplay, and that is reason Teresa spoke to her brother privately. I would speak to my brother if I heard his wife was a skeeve, too. Who wouldn’t?
Secondly, is Melissa oblivious to the fact that they’re all on a reality TV program? Regardless of Teresa doing a magazine articles or not, their business is out there. Furthermore, I don’t think it matters one iota whether Teresa is getting paid for the articles or not. She is building a brand, and if I were on a show with a shady-cast like Teresa is, I would be the first to air my dirty laundry, too. At least, this way, she gets to tell her side of the story. In fact, anyone doing a reality TV program would be smart to post their business before someone else had the opportunity to capitalize on their misfortune. Well, I love Melissa, and hope to see her on more covers…Tre has overdone THAT episode!!!! We can see the writers’ and producers’ influence on the last three weeks’ of shows. FatJoe has rebuffed his wife on every bed in every hotel, including his own bedroom, and now sleeping alone (according to Melania)….I do think Melissa has wkd hard enuf to get more of a storyline, but how can she not see what a Re***ded a**hole she’s married to. He may work hard, but she has to be embarassed by the way he acts. Wouldn’t an average wife ask him to drink less while his mike is “on”, or to try to keep it clean, because I notice now that HIS daughter is starting to act out like Tre’s kids, and that only means she’s becoming aware and looking for attention. Out of curiosity… do you think Bravo avoids filming Meho because her husband is such a famewh**e? If it’s not, Joey G, it’s Mel’s sisters. I have yet to see who Melissa really is. I don’t believe her talking head scenes are genuine, I feel they’re as phony as her concern for Teresa and Joey’s relationship. That’s all we see of her, really. It would appear Joey is the HW. Not Melissa. Doesn’t JG’s camera hogging attest to the fact that he was jealous of Teresa’s success & that truly is where their issues stem from. Envy? He clearly loves it.
As far as the children go – I don’t know why people assume Teresa is harming her children by having them on a reality TV program? Gia was a performer before the family joined Bravo. That is her passion. I think Teresa is right to encourage her, she is talented. Furthermore, all children misbehave. Some more than others. IMHO, it is far more normal to see children of their age range misbehaving than acting like mimes. If I were concerned, I would be far more concerned about the 3 children that rarely speak. You know what the problem is- melissa is mad no one accepted her when she was introduced to the family, this was clear the last episode when they were traveling to the casini campground. Joes mama thought she was a whore and it probably pissed her off that she wasnt more accepting of her. I think tre was fine at first but then stories came out of the wood work, and even joe has said he knows some friends that has banged melissa. So with people coming out telling them stories that his wife was a stripper, hooking up with that rich greek guy, and even joeys own friend, of course tre got defensive. Hell i would too if people were telling me stories about my sis in law. I would tell my brother to be careful because obviously people are painting her in the wrong light. She never got acceptance and it pissed her off so of course she was going to get back at tre if not her mama in law. Melissa acts quirky and cute and of course shes likeable to people. It should be clear to anyone who watches RHONJ that Jacqueline, Caroline, and Melissa have flipped a switch on the Teresa bashing in one or two episodes! However each one of them still puts in a dig or digs at her no matter how much they try to play nice. Do these people think viewers are idiots to not see them or bravo changing the tone all of a sudden? Just because they are being nice doesn’t mean that viewers are going to all of a sudden like them or even pay attention to what they say period!!! I don’t even read any of their blogs unless Roxy posts them here and most of the time i’m skimming through them because I can’t take the hypocrisy. A lot of the times I would love to reach through the television and strangle these women and i’m suprised that Teresa hasn’t lost her temper already. Further more each housewife has lost credibility with the viewers , other than their original fans (who they seem to be losing as well). Teresa really needs to reevaluate whether or not it’s in her best interest to stay on the show. I would love nothing more than to see her stay. I hate to even suggest that she quit but really it would serve bravo and the other housewives right if she did leave. No matter if there is drama or not Teresa is the star of that show and people just love watching her and her family. Her girls are naughty at times but so precious and fun to watch. Teresa’s over the top and gawdy but she wouldn’t be teresa if she wasn’t like that. The fact that melissa is trying so hard to be like her is a bit amusing. There is only one teresa! I also think Joe needs to apologize to his wife and his family publically for how he has talked to teresa (at least take some responsibility for it). I know that sounds a bit over the top but the viewers have a really bad taste of him in their mouths over his statements to his wife and about her. It would be very humbling for him but it would also show his wife that he is not only truly sorry but that he is willing to humble himself enough to put it out there like that. Not positive that would happen but I know it would put him in a different light if he did it and meant it. However only his wife would know his true sincerity. I hope for the best with those two. I don’t think he’s a bad man just think his idea of honoring his wife is not where it should be. A husband and wife should always uplift each other in private and in public. Just my opinion. I love seeing them together.
