Kelsey Grammer Refuses To Say Camille Grammer’s Name In Interview With Oprah! Refers To Her As ‘That Person’
RHOBH star Camille Grammer’s ex-husband Kelsey Grammer sat down with Oprah and was asked about Camille Grammer. Oprah told Kelsey, “You already knew your marriage was over, it had already gone on too long, according to you, because it was over when it started and it was a facade. But you lacked the courage to come home and say something.” Kelsey responded, “Yeah, I did. And I did believe that I owed something to that person”
That’s when Oprah said, “You won’t say her name?” Kelsey then smiled and said, “nope.”
Kelsey sarcastically added that he felt the need to make her famous because “she had apparently given up so much to endure this horrible life she had with him[Kelsey]”
Oprah than looks at Kelsey’s current wife and says, “You are painted as the other woman that took Kelsey from his wife.” Kelsey just starts laughing.
Dang! Kelsey is one harsh character! I think it’s sad that he puts down his wife in interviews knowing his two children are going to be able to watch and see what Kelsey has to say. It’s like he doesn’t care about his other kids and hates his ex more than he loves them. Do you think Kelsey is in the wrong?!

Kelsey is definitely in the wrong. Camille did a lot of good things for him and helped him with his sobriety and saved his life when he had his heart attack. I guess you forget all that when you pick up with the “other” woman. Yes, Kayte, you WERE the other woman. When you start seeing a married man that’s what you are, plain and simple. Kelsey is a vile, selfish man and he will eventually dump her(Kayte) too.

regardless how you feel about camille. nothing justifies kelsey’s demented behavior. he was in new york having an affair and everyone saw that on tv. she gave her life to him for 14 years and had kids with him. he didn’t have the courage to be honest and say he was cheating and he still doesn’t have the courage to even say her name. that is pathetic.
I agree. I wasn’t buying the “humble” Camille she portrayed herself as in season 2. It was all just a clever PR stunt created by her people.

I don’t know how anyone here can claim they know exactly who she is because of what you see on an one hour reality show. We see maybe 1-2% of their life through an uber edited T V show.

In this case I think it’s best he say nothing at all, then say how he really feels about Camille when it’s not going to be positive. That actually is doing his children a favor. On the other hand, Camille revealed some extremely personal things about Kelsey and also degraded him as a husband and father. I’m not saying she wasn’t telling the truth, but I do think she also should of kept her mouth shut. It’s always nasty when parents divorce and rip each other apart. The children do suffer that in the end.
It seemed to me that Camille did a lot for Kelsey as a wife and mother, as well as helping him in business. She seemed extremely proud of him and actually blindsided by the affair.
They should both move forward and put their children first and their differences to themselves.
These people, HW characters, are all the same: they will say anything and fight to the death to try and get viewers to take their side. I think their kids are too young to see this on TV, if they have any control at all, but they might hear about it from other kids or elsewhere. First rule in divorcing: don’t speak unkindly of the other parent to the children; it always affects them adversely.

He is an alcoholic and at the time he was deep into his addiction. So evidently when he sobered up he was a different person. He liked the stripper type when he was drinking. So then he emerges from his stupper and doesn’t like Camille. So he has no B—s and goes about getting a life. At least she had no prenup, and it paid off big time she got tens of not 100 million. Now she is rich with a hot guy. Good for her. Hes a worm.

I’m wondering if, honestly, Camille was truly, deeply in love with a man who she thought was her soul mate. Or, because he was so famous (and rich), she was in love with that. And yes, that does matter. When you marry for money/fame first, you get what you get. And what you get with this due besides designer stuff and never having to worry about being on welfare — is a trunkload of emotional baggage. You get what you sign up for.

Camille married the man while he was deep in the bottle and when he emrged he realized that tne person he was with was not the person he wanted. Camille is and was not great of a person. This got me to wondering about Kelsey and Camille’s children. I know they used a surrogate and I seem to remember reading that the reason why they chose that method to have children is because Camille has Irritable Bowel Syndrome (please correct me if I’m wrong!). I remember thinking that was a strange reason to claim you were unable to carry a child.

Bionic, that is true! I like Camille. I really felt for her when all of this went down. She is still a woman, and at the time that “man” did a nasty betrayal to her- in public. On top of that she was dealing with bitchface Kyle. Thats enough to make you blow chunks to say the least! Even if I didn’t like Camille, that is a sad thing for someone to go through- unless they really don’t care for their spouse! It was admitted that Camille stayed by his side when he had dependency issues and went down hill for a bit. He is just another selfish POS who was thinking with his little weenie. Plus, I think he wanted someone young and dumb that he could control easily.
I’ve always said that there is ‘three’ sides to every story of which one is ‘the truth’….This side in any situation is usually never made public…… As for the interview, he’s dammed if he says her name & dammed if he doesn’t by the media….. As with other couples who split, it’s great when they can move on in lieu of just living in the past with bitterness…………. Kelsey has, which I applaud him in doing so & it appears that Camile has as well……..
