The Wakile family is moving on up! It is being reported that the Wakile family has sold their family home (seen on RHONJ) and is now one step closer to their Franklin Lakes mansion!
Rich and Kathy Wakile put their home on the market for $799,900 and sold for near asking price. It’s reported that the Wakile’s purchased the home in 1995 for $340,000 – talk about a good investment!!

We’ve seen Kathy document her move into their new Franklin Lakes mansion (which has included a Jonas brother!) and their new home looks like basically a mixture of Teresa and Melissa’s New Jersey mansions.
The Wakiles reportedly spent $675,000 for their lot in Franklin Lakes in 2013 where they will live in their custom built home.

Just on a personal note: whenever I see shots of the Jersey ladies homes my first thought is how much is the upkeep for these enormous homes?? I can’t imagine trying to clean that size of home – or how much it costs for the upkeep! They look beautiful, but for me personally? No thanks!
