Jim Bellino Puts Terry Dubrow On Blast Plus Talks Why He Left The Party!
What a season finale! RHOC star Alexis Bellino’s hubby shockingly showed up to Heather and Terry Dubrow’s party and we hear Terry announce that Jim wasn’t even invited! We also hear Heather say how because of Jim showing up there is going to be “trouble.” Turns out Jim was invited by Terry twice and he posted two screen shots to prove it! (photoed below) Jim also talks about why he left Heather’s party after the jump!
“Now let’s discuss what made me show up after deciding I was not going to this party. I wanted to surprise my wife, who never would have guessed I was coming. After a lot of back and forth (which you can clearly see documented above) I wanted to surprise my wife, who was very nervous about even attending this party—keep in mind she had just been ambushed in Costa Rica. I decided it was worth it to put a smile on Alexis’ face. So I went.
It lasted nine minutes before I left. In the course of time it takes to pop a couple bags of popcorn, I walked in, was ambushed, and walked right back out. I think it’s safe to say certain people were waiting for this moment and ready to pounce—my surprise appearance was leaked—thanks to the host for keeping my surprise for my wife confidential. How else can you explain cameras out front and ready to film me from the moment I pulled up?
But the text messages above indicate a great deal of serendipity—I wanted to surprise my wife, but the real surprise was on me. I was invited to come have a talk to discuss Alexis being called phony. But when you rewind the tape, you will see the party host and hostess having a lengthy, on-camera discussion in last week’s episode about what all they plan to do if Alexis so much as utters a word to him about calling her phony—their plan is to have her escorted out because it would be inappropriate for Alexis to call attention to the fact that he did indeed say she’s phony. Isn’t this the ultimate definition of phony?
What’s good for the goose ought to be good for the gander, right? Wrong. From the moment I show up, he is ready to talk to me about what he says he did not say. I wanted so badly to let sleeping dogs lie and discuss it man to man over a private lunch. But just as we saw in Costa Rica with Alexis, these people would rather turn what should be a one-on-one conversation into a public spectacle.
As you may have seen from this and previous seasons, I do not like to be in the middle of the drama, but everyone has a breaking point. I had to let you all in on the truth, and those screenshots show you just that. Not just an invitation to the party, but being urged to show up as well.
Eventually, the fans will get tired of all the “Costa Ricas” and the hurting people—they are crying out for a more positive point of view from people who have been blessed with so much in life. Alexis and I know we are among those who have been blessed, which is why I now know the people who prey on her just might have to find someone new to hate.

Boom, roasted! It’s hilarious that they call Alexis phony, when they just got caught in a lie- and this is kind of a big lie considering they told it to turn viewers & castmates against the Bellinos. I’m glad Jim posted this.

I don’t get that? Alexis was the one that pushed her husband to talk to Terry at the party. Right? Something seems weird about all of this. Why would Jim take screenshots of that conversation? It’s weird. & why would Terry lie & say he didn’t invite Jim? I thought all of them were invited???
On an iPhone, you can go see all the texts ever between you and each person you text with so it’s super easy to look back and take a screenshot. In fact, in 18mos I haven’t deleted a single text on my iPhone.
you can do that on any phone. I have a samsung nothing special and any text i don’t delete it’s there. Whats the suprise about the screen shot? Seriously? You can also save those texts to your sim card if you need to. Not everyone deletes their messeges. Also he was in text with terry shortly before he got to her home so how is it weird that he has the texts in his phone still? Man people just don’t think

First of all what does that point have to do with this? The party wasn’t yesterday.
Secondly I do find it weird that Jim still has those texts from 6 months ago. Did you see how many text the man gets? I do delete unimportant text. He probably keeps all of his text just in case he needs to cover his ass. I think Jim is shady…plain & simple. You can disagree with me & that’s fine but no need to be rude.

I didn’t see Alexis pushing Jim , I saw her try to stop him and he said ” Who wear’s the pant’s ” and shut her down.

And Heather told Alexis she did not know he was coming but Terry may have talked to him. I do not get this… Did Terry say he did not know? Am I missing something? Im not seeing the big boom! I never liked Jim anyway. Find it odd he chooses not to participate, yet blogs about things, when he is never in the picture. Also, if Jim was surprising Alexis, then Terry stuck to his word.
AGREED. Jim did NOT put Terry on blast, Heather was genuinely surprised. If you listen very closely, about 15 minutes into the show when Heather is greeting Jim, she says, “I knew you had spoken to Terry but I wasn’t sure if you were coming,” and Terry looks less surprised than she. There’s no big boom here. The Dubrows seem pretty consistent to me. Also concur with everything else you said.
I agree with you. Alexis asked. And he said sOmething about do you wear the pants in the family. Alexis and her husband ARE phony. She’s dumb as a box of rocks. I don’t agree with how the ladies handled costs rica and Terry should have talked to his alone BUT it’s a show regardless of how it’s portrayed as a reality show. The producers set things up for ratings. I doubt in real real life these people would do some of the things they do. If they acted “normal” they wouldn’t be on the show. As far as the texting goes A) he could have texted his wife and changed the name on top to make it look like he was talking to terry. Or B) he could have had that convo with terry and terry could have been getting direction from producers. Come on people. IT’S NOT REAL LIFE!

I do not think those text prove anything other than his name was at the door if he intended to come. Heather admits to the fact that Terry spoke or conversed with Jim, so I do not see the issue with the texts.

Ugh, I want to like Terry but Heather and he are just slick enough that I could believe they would scheme up things to get more airtime. They are both smart, unlike nearly every other housewife/househusband. And Jim and Alexis are a pair of fools but it seems so unnecessary, so petty, to gang up on them.
Bottom line: it’s a ‘reality televison show’ & the more drama that can be created, the better the ratings…. Hence, RHOC is the highest rated show of the franchise along with RHONJ….. If he can’t handle the drama, than don’t go on the show…..

i’ve always liked Alexis- always- but this season just broke my heart for her. something is evidently defective inside of tamra, for her do behave the ridiculous and insufferable way she does. hard-faced heather and her gossipy husbo aren’t decent people AT ALL and they deserve no further mention. gretchen is a lousy “friend”, and a selfish brat in puff-paint make-up, so Alexis will do well to forget her! ….secretly i’ve always loved Jim Bellino too…don’t judge me

Terry & Heather are holier than thou. I find them condescending and trying to get a storyline. Get rid of them. For a plastic surgeon he needs some work himself.
The whole season I felt for Alexis. Yes she is very ditzy and comes off as a show off, which I think that’s just her personality. I don’t think she means to come off the way she does. No, I am not an Alexis fan, but I have never really hated her, just annoyed by her vain and oblivious self. When this season all started, Heather was very dramatic (e.g: Terry said a joke and she got annoyed, went to chug her glass of wine down, then was like what just happened never happened. – That was awkward for me to watch!) I really like Terry as a person, but with this situation, it is pathetic. He’s in the drama just like the girls. Heather, she is annoying and I think the most fake and vain one there. She may not show it off like Alexis does, but Heather definitely exhibits the cockiness. I feel like everyone is brown nosing Heather and doesn’t wanna say anything about her cockiness because she has that loud mouth Tamara. But Tamara is another story.

Heather is the ultimate Orange County stuck up mean girl. She puts others down, talks about everyone behind their back, blows everything out of proportion and gets her gang of friends to bully other women. It is sad her husband not only plays along, but stirs the plot like a lap dog hoping for a pat on the head. Can you imagine how trivial your life must be when a three centimeter piece of cake missing is the end of her world. How sorry do you feel for the staff who work for Heather.

Did you watch WWHL??? When they polled people if Heather was overreacting or not? I mean I thought she was!!! But I couldn’t believe people thought she wasn’t. I mean Heather should have been pissed off at Sarah for other things, not the FREAKING bow. OH MA LORDY!!! The bow has been eaten.
I think she was madder at Sarah’s vague and inappropriate responses, then all the whining, “It’s just a bow,” underscoring her complete lack of understanding of what the party was about, what the cake was about, and lack of a sophistication level high enough to keep her fingers out of the frosting.
Who is she? I saw her introduced as Gretchen’s friend at another party earlier; this time she was Alexis’ friend (I thought it was the first time I had seen her).
Is she a local train wreck that the producers scouted out and threw into the mix for erratic behavior.
Nobody overreacted to an uninvited guest’s tearing a piece off the top decoration of the cake which was the centerpiece of the party.
Who grabs part of a rose off of a wedding cake before the bride and groom cut it — before it’s cut, period.
Picking at the bow or the top layer would still be relatively unacceptable even with the cake cut, but with it on display, uncut is in no way excuseable. The girl’s never been to a party with a cake before?
You know i wasnt a fan of lex and her hubby but they grew on me. I dont think shes phony..some people love talking about their “labels” and i dont think theres anything wrong with that. A lot of my aunts do that. I carry labels but i dont throw it in peoples face, thats just me. But the way they bashed this poor girl, wow. It hurt me and to keep attacking her while shes crying!!! I seriously had the biggest smile on my face when i saw jim appear at the party. Im glad hes standing by alexis’ side, as much as he dont like the others. And terry says now jim has the “balls” to show up? Terry i think the balls were in your mouth cause you looked like a nervous wreck!!!! Just like alexis said, you only met her twice how do you know alexis is phony?! Did anyone else also notice how jim said they might have to find someone new to hate??? I’m curious if he’s gonna let alexis return to the show next season. That would suck if she didnt. He did say Alexis is phony but because Jim didn’t use the ‘specific’ words spoken by Terry, The ‘professional’ Doctor denied that he made the comment. So what if Alexis is phony? Most people are nowadays and frankly, if you don’t like a phony person, don’t join the show.

Maria, I agree. Alexis wasn’t negative toward these women. As a matter of fact, I really think Alexis tried very hard this season to get along with the women and she seemed so relaxed and happy in the glamour camp episode. I wasn’t fond of Alexis in the previous season but I do think she tried very hard this season to be positive. Heather, Tamra and Gretchen bashed her left and right. Heather did not even know Alexis and was already bashing her. Heather is a selfish, insecure, immature woman. No educated woman would bash another in the presence of others, let alone do it on television.

Terry DID NOT “keep persuading Jim to discuss…” He asked Jim if he wanted to talk, Jim said no, that he wanted to talk at lunch, Terry asked if he was sure and that’s when Alexis had the NERVE to offer her opinion and tell Jim that she thought he should get it over with and that’s when Jim showed his TRUE COLORS by turning on his wife and snapped aat her “So YOU wear the pants NOW????”
I will not be surprised to read soon that Alexis left Jim and she says that he abused her…there was hate in his tone of voice when he turned on her and he didn’t even let her know that he was leaving!! What kind of husband does that…I don’t care how pissed off my husband would be, he would NEVER leave without telling me….and I know because he once got into it with someone at a party, decided to leave before it got violent and came and told me that he was leaving but I could stay….and it was MUCH MORE tense than Heather’s party.

I’ve never been a huge RHOC fan. But RHONJ is only on so many times a week lol. But I have watched it enough to know the characters and the story arc. Ie never been a fan of Jim and Alexis. But I did respect Jim for taking a stand this season and not filming. I do like that he keeps it real and tells the viewer behind the scenes info which (for me) makes the show more interesting. Then after the costa rican ambush I saw Alexis in a different light. I Thoguht there was a lot of validity to the “phony” charge. But the way the other women handled it was beyond hypocritical. First off, Heather Dubrow with the intervention plan .. like wtf? She’s known the girl for a new York minute. It seemed so phony and contrived. Done for her benefit and not Alexis’. It’s clear heather wants to be seen as a “not mean girl”. And then gretchen throwing Alexis under the bus with that fakey-fake “I’m going to try to explain this to u in the nicest way possible because the other two people trying to do the same thing aren’t enough”. I mean…lol.. That girl really needs 1) a clue (not sure why the call Alexis dumb but no Gretchen and 2) a frickin adenoid operation (that chick talks so far up in her nose I’ll bet her eyes vibrate when she speaks). I mean, even in the phony world of reality tv that arc could have been written better. Anyway…. The upshot is I saw Alexis in a different light as a result of RH dogpile #15,386.
Then there’s the ambush of Jim. It’s clear from the message thread above that jim was ambivalent about attending. I sure Terry has been apprised of the history and Jim’s complete distrust of bravo and disgust with the ambushes. The poor guy shows up and takes Alexis’ cue of the “white elephant” in the room. Jim adding “are u wearing the pants now” is clearly his way of ensuring we still don’t like him..lol. But I gave him credit for allowing the sit down with terry to be filmed. Then heather comes over …eh, contrived. But then Tamra comes over and sits down?? Wtf .. That made no sense and it reeked of another ambush “brought to u by Bravo”.
So heather and terry are quickly taking Jim & Alexis’ place as most distasteful nouveau riche climbers.
As I have said before there’s nothing so phony as a New York born woman calling champagne “champs.” Terry is a little drama queen, isn’t he?
Of course, Heather shows how to have a terrible party – lots of alcohol, hide the food and let people get wasted.
terry didn’t bring up the subject jim did. he is the one that asked terry to meet him” next week to talk”. nobody forced him to sit down with terry. even alexis tried to disfuse the situation and say it’s not the right time but what did jimmy boy say to his loyal wife? “do you wear the pants”? what kind of cave man nonesense is that? right away he set the tone for what was gonna happen.
also who cares if terry called alexis a phony. who hasn’t? terry wasn’t rude to alexis or called her that in her face. he said that in a conversation which his wife brought up. he can have an opinion and doesn’t need to be “ambushed” by jim like if he’s mr. tough guy and gonna defend alexis’s honor. some knight in shining armor he turned out to be because he ran out of there like a bat out of hell and left his wife in the dust. funny how alexis said she’ll always go with “her man” when her man was gonna leave her ass behind. for a man claiming he doesn’t like the drama and cameras he sure doesn’t mind saving screenshots to help make the situation more dramatic.
as for terry, well he isn’t innocent either. for a successful doctor he sure gets into the ladies melodramatics . now he and jim look like catty school girls.
i also think heather and especially tamra should’ve left the men alone and let them talk it out. tamra had no business sitting at the table. again she is getting involved in situations that have nothing to do with her.

Also Jim and Alexis had no problem when Tamra and Simon were having real issues to butt in! Alexis was rude to Tamra when they were trying to hash things out, Tamra said Jim was like Simon and she was worried for Alexis.. Tamra was trying to like Alexis, but her and JIm would have rather of hung out with Simon and his new girlfriends, so to me Jim and Alexis set the tone for Tamra disliking them and calling them out.
Sorry!! I forgot to add this: I don’t know how much I like Heather and her hubby, but I do not care for Jim. When he showed up last night, he asked Terry about talking about his wife. They flashed back to the clip of Terry only answering a fill in the blank, he said “phony”. He answered Jim honestly I thought. Terry did not bash or trash talk Alexis, and he said he did not say she was the phoniest he ever met, just phony!
Agreed. If Jim wanted no drama, then why didn’t he and Terry have this conversation on the phone.
Jim is just as melodramatic in my opinion. If you have time to text. You can call or even text our dispute. It doesn’t need to be done for the cameras.

They talked about it already, I knew Jim had some slick trick up his sleeve when he decided to show up- it was NOT to surprise Alexis.

This could be all made up, its easy 2 make something like this & put terry as the name. I don’t believe Jim at all, he is very shady, while terry is not, I trust terry much more! I can duplicate this entire message myself by texting a friend & having them text that back to me or text my wife/husband & write that back. This doesnt prove anything!

And, he could have made it up then to show his wife that he was coming to surprise her or whatever reason. Alexis & Jim have a history of lying, from how they lost/sold their house, their finances, etc. I don’t believe anything they say. They change their stories many times about everything, while Heather & Terry haven’t. There is no reason for Terry to lie, but Jim has many. If he doesn’t like the show as he keeps saying, him & his wife need to leave. No one will miss them!
I have great respect for Jim for sticking up for his wife and for leaving once it became clear that a logical discussion was not going to take place. And I really, really, can’t stomach Tamra anymore.
I don’t know. After reading what rukidding wrote, it has quite a lot of points that make sense. I mean, what man really gives a hoop that someone called his wife a phony? If I told my husband someone said I was phony, he would say, “You Are!” lmao
I know these shows need the drama, but why are the husbands always in on it?? terry should have kept his mouth shut! And Jim knew all along what the show was about! So why are his panties in a knot? They do enjoy cashing that BRAVO check, right? With that being said i really did feel bad for Alexis this season, Tamra really does feel the need to go after someone new every season, but I guess she loves her some BRAVO money too!
I think the more family members these women bring to the show, the more money they get.
I think the producers orchestrate much of the drama. I think they set up scenes by suggesting someone says or does something. This is so pathetic that these women are acting like badly behaved teenage girls.
While I am not a fan of Jim, I really do think he was sandbagged by the rest of them. First, the Dubrows totally tried to bend the truth about the situation. Then the mean, over-the-hill loser Tamra, barges in with a nasty “I’m ready for a fight” look along with her mocking sneer. She had no business going to the table. Like I said, she is no ones friend and needs to leave the show, period. So now we have Slade who will become Terry’s “shot gun man”. What a loser……Gretchen, dump this guy, because he will drag you nowhere but down. This show used to be fun. Since Tamra was hired, it is no longer fun.

Fake, indeed. I think she took the “Really Bad, Fake Cry” award away from Taylor Armstrong. Each “cry” from Tamra was phonier than the last. From that ridiculous friend present from Gretchen to Tamra, (having watched their last reunion show last week I am hard put to understand how Gretchen can tell Tamra she now loves her?! If I were Slade I would run and not look back) to her lamenting the so-called end of her “friendship” with Vickie. Also, I thought Brianna was a smart girl but if she buys what Tamra’s selling, well, as I said, I thought Brianna was smart.
The only one who even came close to showing any dignity and class was the last to arrive and first to leave, Jim Bellino.
Although, talk about contrived and who really left first. Where was Heather’s supposed good friend Dina, the actress, at the end when the diamond “Champs” toast was being offered? You know, the one Vicky and all Heather’s good friends just had to be at.
Anyone else remember Dina from “Six Feet Under” the first season? She played that loopy, deranged funeral groupie who kept trying to get David to go out with her.
Remember. She stalked David and Ruth at church and ‘ran into them’ after services. Ruth told David, “She seems nice,” to which David replied, “She seems nuts!”

I have a feeling Heather told Tamra to come to the table. Whenever something went down, Heather would yell for Tamra. First with the Sarah’s rude cake picking, then again with Sarah in the kitchen. So, something tells me Heather told Tamra to wait about one minute and then come over to the table.
Tamara is either starting a fight with someone, or fake crying. I don’t get her. She started the mess when she EXPANDED on a one word comment by Terry “phoney”. She went and told Alexis an expanded version about all this BS. Why? Doesn’t make sense. Oh right…..SCREEN TIME for Tamara. I’m with Jim and Alexis on this one, and I’m not their fan.
You are right about the fake crying!! You always see her change her voice and cover her eyes but NEVER do you see any tears!

According to Sarah’s twitter last week, the Dubrows are in serious financial doo doo and “good luck trying to sell your home with your initials on it”.
Oh I missed this! I’m going to have to start following that girl’s twitter. I think the Dubrow’s house is in the name of someone else. Either they’re renting or the thing is set up in a trust. I would assume considering the kind of money he makes it’s probably the ladder -though it would be hilarious if they we found out they were renters.
Lisa, I thought the same thing when I saw the Initials on the floor. That is customized in marble and expensive to replace. Who wants to buy a home and the first thing you see that needs to be changed right away, is a huge expense.
The Dubrow’s sold their house for £16+ million, which was a profit of £6 million. i doubt financial trouble.
I think they do-but will be under water soon-maybe that’s what last night was about-they now will try to rent out their backyard for Weddings-I think they NEED to sell their home-I can’t stand them.

I cannot say I am a big fan of any of the women in OC, well except I really like Brianna. I really do not care for Tamra. She loves to stir the pot, add to it and then thow someone in the pot. I did not like Jenna due to J taking Simon’s side. Well, seems that Jenna had more knoweldge of what was going on and Tamra did not want the truth out there. Tamra wanted the storyline to be mean Simon caused Tamra to be mean. Alexis and Jim were friends of both Tamra and Simon. Again, they knew more o what was going on, so…Tamra then goes after Alexis/Jim. I just agree with Tamra being trash!

The Dubrows lied twice, they lied about inviting Jim and Terry denied calling Alexis the Phony-est person he knows,along with his wife agreeing, without admitting to calling her Phony. Lying, distrustful, sneaky people. Jim Bellino did the right thing.

Could it be Mr. Jim deleted whatever last text he sent to Terry? You see a “Yes it’s there!!” .. Twenty minutes later Terry uppin says “Yes!” again? I don’t n kw looks fishy to me. And it’s super easy to delete text messages, especially on an iPhone…
I like Terry, but he does seem like a diva at times. I still like him better than Jim, though.

Something about Jim’s story doesnt sit right with me, did no one else think Alexsi’s reaction to Jim showing up was a little over the top and she immediately said to Heather “you knew he was coming” and Heather said “no i didnt”, then all of a sudden Jim has evidence. Its very easy to put anyone’s name under any phone number on ur phone, so I dont see this as proof at all. And it was Alexsis who incouraged the conversation to take place there and then, the two men were happy to discuss it over lunch but Alexsis said everything was ackward and go talk about it! I dont think Alexsis is a bad person at all but I truly believe Jim controls her and she envies the other womens power and authority they have in their marriages, so thats why see comes off as phoney as she tries too hard to over compensate for her lack of freedoom and control within her marriage.

The only thing that makes me kind of believe Jim’s story is that the cameras were ready and waiting when he pulled up. I do agree with you regarding Alexis. She shouldn’t have pushed them to talk.

I didn’t watch last night. First Heather told Sarah she wasn’t invited, then had her escorted out. Now Jim wasn’t invited? They were probably waiting to cause a casino with Jim & Alexis then have them escorted out. Who invites the wife and not the husband to a mixed part?

Sorry, but I don’t believe Jim. He has always lied to make himself look good and when he gets caught in a lie, he tries to deflect it. He could have easily made up that conversation with Terry by texting a friend who he saves as “Terry D.” to make them look bad. Jim and Alexis has lied about so much crap, it wouldn’t surprise me in the least if they’re lying about this now. BUT if he’s not, then shame on Terry for acting like Jim wasn’t invited.

As Jim was leaving he was taking off his mic. He knew he had been set up. It blows my mind, how Heather rushed over and was soon followed by Tamra. Makes me think of mob mentality. They all gang up against one. To me, Jim was the smartest one there by seeing what was happening and getting up and leaving. This is happening so much on Bravo (ambushing) that it makes me wonder if Bravo isn’t setting up the whole scenarios. So much for “real)ity.
Terry asked Jim if he wanted to talk and Jim said that they will do it next week at lunch, then Alexis said that he should just talk to him there. Then Jim said “do you wear the pants in the family?” I could be wrong but I thought Jim handled himself in a classy way. He was polite to everyone and didn’t want to bring up anything there. Then when all the other women came over he said that this is why he wanted to wait to have lunch to talk. I am totally on Jim’s side on this one.

I did a property search under “Dubrow” for all of Newport Beach and the only address that showed up was right on the water with boats, pier, etc. owned by Christopher Dubrow. I don’t think Terry and Heather even own that house, they must rent/lease

My cable company (Midcontinent), when I click on the episode, it actually says ‘a husband crashes the party.’ So Bravo pushed this story line and Terry went along with it. It’s so fake.

I just want to point out that Terry and Heather are not nouveau riche. The man is a plastic surgeon. They behave in a mannered way. I can’t say whether it was a set up or whatever – I fully believe the fight with Tamra and Vicky was a set up so this could have been too. Regardless the Dubrows are not tacky people and the Bellinos are.
