He can be as slick as a used car salesman but I’m not buying what he’s selling. He’s always come across as arrogant, controlling and hypocritical. On one hand he spouts Christian values but on the other he desires an extremely materialistic life. The transformation of Alexis body from normal looking woman to sexpot with her fake enormous boobs is such a contradiction of the values and morals they both claim to live by, while judging others for not living up to their high standards.
This season Jim claims he wants no part in the show but creates his own “Keepin it Real” blog to criticize his wives employer and the rest of the cast.
I don’t believe Jim would know the truth if it came up to him and said “I AM THE TRUTH” because he has convinced himself he is right, everybody else is wrong, and oh yes, he wears the pants.

YES to this! I know there’s been a lot of back and forth here about Christians and whether they should be offended by Tamra’s comments, or whether we should judge Alexis & Jim about their religion. This so encapsulates my feelings on this – as a Christian. No, having plastic surgery doesn’t mean you aren’t a Christian. But when you go so overboard, and make it clear that the priorities in your life are to have a certain look, image and materialistic lifestyle – that tells us where your priorities AREN’T: with your religion/God.
Love the Bellino’s. Think they carried themselves well amongst the trash. I can See how Christians were offended by Tamras comment. Alot of Double Standards over there at Bravo.

It may be funny, but Jim brings up a great point “jew jugs” would never have been ok. Any time Joe Guidice makes a gay slur he and (mostly Teresa) get called out by Andy for it, so why is this any different? It’s not the first time Tamra has taken a shot at Alexis for being religious which has absolutely nothing to do with RHOC or Tamra. It’s not like they film Alexis going to church or anything, Melissa on RHONJ says “thank you Jesus” all the time and its left alone, so why is Alexis’ dedication to her religion something for Tamra to be allowed to attack? I get that its not the worst comment in the world, but it just shows that Tamra is truly a bully towards Alexis and proves that Alexis, though air headed, does not have too much for Tamra to go off of and bully her for because Alexis doesn’t bother with Tamra. And as far as the “jugs” portion of the comment, she has fake boobs, who cares? What, now because Tamra has real boobs she has a right to make fun of Alexis’ boobs? Alexis is gorgeous and Tamra is too but Tamra’s nasty attitude makes her ugly. If Alexis doesn’t return, then I think they need to cast someone who is going to stand up to Tamra, this whole bullying thing on these shows needs to stop. It’s one thing to gossip, to to personally attack someone for their religion is outrageous and unnecessary.
I understand, and you are most likely right. I do not get offended, but Im sure others may. It was funny for me as a viewer because I have watched Alexis be a fan walking religious contradiction and Tamra is not the only one who has pointed it out. They did film Alexis going to Church the first season she was on, and the second season she was on ( maybe first) they also had her Pastor come over for breakfast. I cannot stand when Mel does thank you Jesus!! Alexis may not be as good with the comebacks or “mean” as Tamra, but she has done her fair share of being nasty on this show! Alexis is very pretty, however that is not the looks God gave her! I saw her “before” I married my first husband pics. Joe mad what one comment? Either crucify EVERYONE on tv that makes offensive comments or none- there should be no picking and choosing just based on who one likes! And I happen to find Rich Wakile the most offensive as perverted man, husband, father, and to the Lesbian community.( Just throwing that in, sorry ). I think we may disagree here, but I do nit find Tamra attacking Alexis’s religion! It has to do with what Alexis pretends to be, while clearly has acted the opposite! Alexis is one of those people who are ever faithful and spiritual when it suits her and that is why people say what they do about her!

That was very telling. The editing does change the whole picture. I’m glad I got to see this, you have to give the benefit of the doubt when viewing these shows. I agree with Jim and thats a first, who knew that Alexis does actually do what she wants. After all she is on the show, Jim chooses not to be.

I agree but he does have a point that if someone was to yell Jew Jugs that would cause quiet the outcry. I think Tamera should just not put so much energy into these people. Everyone knows Alexis is a fake ass that uses Religion to suite her. I would be actually offended if she was religious and Tamera said that but unfortunately i feel like she uses it as a tool.
I don’t know how slick he is, he obviously prepared for this interview like ANYone else would, but he is very likable here. He only answered questions asked, and defended himself and his wife. I think he did a great job.
I thought Alexis said that they shot sold their old home and brought their new home cash. But, they are renting a house this season?

I’ve never minded Jim. He defends his wife. There are many types of Christian. Personally I don’t think Christianity should be used to hate, but clearly that’s not rule. If they are materialistic, who cares, so are plenty of other Christians. As a non-believer in any religion I do think Jesus Jugs was a bit icky. And it was a knock on her being Christian. If her god is ok with fake boobs and cubic zirconia, more power to them who am I question.
I don’t know much about their finances and their scamming so if they are terrible individuals ok, but having a relationship where you defer to each other, putting your religious beliefs out there, being materialistic, who are they really hurting?
Alexis and Jim just represent a type of couple that is probably different from what people are accustomed to seeing on tv which is why they are on a reality show.

In all fairness to Alexis, she stated they WERE buying a house with cash. Later, she clarified the deal fell through which happens very often in real estate.
Jim has been slimmed unfairly it appears. I read all the smear and thus far never found any real business schemes. He loaned money for a hotel, the party defaulted. He called the loan. The Feds found one item that was certified by an authenticator. I am still looking and listening for hanky panky on his part.
Easy to accuse and throw mud. The guy has big bucks to loan out. In OC that is a legit business. Bravo and its stars (?) live on created controversies some real but mostly imagined.
If you want a real sleeze bag catch Wretched and Fretched who carries the purse. The pink knock off she is so proud of….Tamra was actually right about the phony old boyfriend who was dying. 100% right. Wretched lies big time beyond her pucker and her locks. Big Liar. She filed suit against Jay the real boyfriend and she paid Court fees when case was dismissed. Court saw through her lies. Jay’s case is pending. Tamra sucks too however.

I totally agree with you in this, again, another reason I never cared for him. Do yu remember the first season they were on? I thought it was very telling that he drove in his own car to vacation, while Alexis, the kids and nanny were in another. I never also understood how these women who clearly do not work, have nannies???
This was a really smart move on his part. He’s FAR MORE likable in the format than he’s been portrayed on the show.
It’s so clear that he’s not “the boss” in his family and there’s more give and take. He gives his opinions, Alexis does what she wants. For the other wives to accuse him of controlling her is bull.
Alexis. I really do think you could go a few sizes larger. Maybe Jim would desire you that much more and even greater numbers of men would have to bib up to catch their drools. How exciting for you!
