Is Teresa Giudice’s Makeup Artist Priscilla DiStasio Joining Season 5 Of RHONJ?!
Possibly! As you all know, producers are looking for a “change” for next season on The Real Housewives of New Jersey and have interviewed a few possible future “housewives.” Reports have surfaced that they are looking into Teresa Giudice’s makeup artist and BFF Priscilla DiStasio!
So who started this little rumor? Former housewife Jill Zarin! During her segment on Good Afternoon America, Jill says she ran into Teresa’s makeup artist in the Hamptons and that’s how she found out producers are considering her for next season. Jill says, “They want her on the next season to even it up. Teresa needs a friend.”
Priscilla is a mommy, model, and does stunning makeup! She would be perfect for the show! She has been seen on a few episodes this season and is known for having no filter! Do you think this would be a good move?!

Very interesting, I used to watch Jerseylicious and thought that was a reality show until just like you I came across a contradiction so this could prove to be staged as well. Absolutly, the joke is on us.
I think this is a pr stunt. I think Penny and Linda were interviewed and now Priscilla is hoping on the bandwagon. Priscilla would probably be on the show anyway because she is Teresa friend and employee BUT, like with Linda, is Priscilla even married? Does she even work? We need genuine housewives not a better version of kathy wakile or marco sisters.

Teresa herself has said that every season they hold open casting calls and all her friends have been interviewed numerous times. These leaks could be from the ladies who are being interviewed. They may never get “the call” but i would love to see her on the show. She is not afraid to speak her mind, shes beautiful and teresa needs someone on her side.
I agree that it’s a PR stunt, but I think Teresa is behind the whole thing. She HAS to push for Penny (she owes her, you know — big time), and the other two seem to fit some kind of loose definition of what Teresa calls “friends.” They both look every bit as tacky, cheap and uninteresting as Teresa does.

Out of all the potential “team teresa” candidates I prefer Penny the most. She is a married housewife, employed, has the life and the attitude. The others don’t have all of that. I also think Caroline should at least one more season just to see her encounter a Penny or another newbie who won’t kiss her ass. Kathy and Jacqueline should be fired. Everyone I know forgets there names. They know Danielle and Dina (fired two years ago) but still don’t know Kathy and Jacqueline.

I think so too and I think the majority of their viewers next season will be watching because they’re hoping to see that happen.
I would like to make a prediction:
If Jac is back for season 5, we will get a Scary Island-type of episode or two. This woman is not mentally well!! Jac’s behavior on the show, her blogs, tweets, and interviews all prove this. I don’t want to speculate on the exact nature of her pychosis, but she is clearly not a mature or rational person. Bravo needs to remove her from the show. I would love to see Caroline exit the series as well, but I think we just may be stuck with her for one more season.
A friend of mine works in TV – not Bravo and said that strong feedback even negative feedback can work in a reality personality’s favor. I’m pointing this out because, Caroline still has a fanbase (can you believe it?) People either love her, or love to hate her. Caroline may be slattered to be next season’s villian. Caroline is certainly fit for the part!!
I do believe Teresa and Melissa are safe from leaving. Teresa because she is a fan favorite, and Melissa is safe because her storyline with Teresa has a few chapters left.
Kathy is probably out (according to my friend) because she is not memorable in any way. Even people who watch the show and comment on social media (like us) forget she is even on the show. We forget her unless she is trashy Teresa!!
I’m all for a recast, but I think we may only get two new housewives. I like the idea of one of Teresa’s pals getting a spot, or maybe bring on two new women that are related to each other, but not related to the other cast members.

Penny has her own life but at the same time is also Team Teresa. You can’t say the same for Linda or Priscilla, who would become just a better version of Kathy and Jacqueline.
I like Penny and her husband; seem like really good folk and who also won’t take any sh*t, nor play games.
I think Priscilla is extraordinarily beautiful in that smoky, exotic way — and her loyalty and friendship with Teresa sounds really sweet. I also think because of Priscilla’s hot looks Melissa would be extremely jealous.
Penny also has real money from successful businesses. Ruts hut is the best place for hotdogs in NJ. The place is a gold mine and runs like a clock which is a credit to Johnny. They also are college educated. The best is they are not Italian. Nj is a very ethnic state we need to show other colors, religions, and cultures.
