More jobs are lining up for NeNe Leakes! As the self-proclaimed, “rich b**ch,” NeNe has always been interested in expanding her business and finding more ways to make money. Now that she is off of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, she has more time for other businesses, and her new idea may surprise you.
TMZ reports that NeNe is looking to become the next Martha Stewart! NeNe is interested in getting into the lifestyle business by designing furniture and other home accessories.
“She came up with the idea when she was furnishing her new home in Georgia and spent a lot of time in High Point, NC, a mecca for furniture design,” TMZ reported.
NeNe has a lot of space to fill with her designs in her new home. Earlier this year, NeNe purchased a $2 million mansion!
This new idea is going well for NeNe so far as she already has several offers from merchandisers.
The article continued, “NeNe’s shopping her idea to several merchandisers and she’s already gotten offers. She hasn’t picked one yet, but it would seem HSN is a front-runner since she’s already got a successful clothing line on the network.”
Besides her new furniture line, NeNe will be starring in the new ABC series To Tell the Truth with Betty White, and she is considering beginning a stand-up comedy career.
