Is Kim Zolciak Getting Evicted From Her Rented Mansion?!
RHOA star Kim Zolciak is in all kinds of trouble right now! Apparantly Kim may be getting evicted from the owners of her mansion that she is currently living in! Kim Zolciak rented the home from Kendra Davis. Kendra and her husband purchased the home in Atlanta planning to knock it down but changed their minds as their kids switched schools for the third time.
A source tells AllAboutTRH, “Kendra thinks she can evict Kim but it will take at least a month!”
Kendra Davis has been all over twitter claiming Kim has been late to pay her rent! Kendra tweeted, “I don’t need any other renters! Disposable income affords me the luxury of letting that bad boy sit a long as I choose! I am not allowing anything to happen. Hence the lawsuit and they have been on notice to call two men and a truck! My husband showed up there because of concerns of liability issues! Kim was sweating their bill not him! Kim should have handled this very differently!”
Kendra confirms that Kim and Kroy were never going to buy her home and says that it will not be sold to Kim. Looks like Kim and Kroy have to look for a new house and fast!

Exactly she did say that, however Kendras asking price was to high, so the deal went south.
Kim said exactly that they were buying the home and were in “escrow”. Which means that you know the price, accepted the price and made and offer.You can not change the price after the property goes into escrow. You negociate before escrow. Escrow means the deal is sealed and the seller is waiting for the funds and the buyer is waiting on the keys and final title work. She lied!!! Pay the rent or get out!!!! Kim is always backing out of her agreements. ie..Kandi. Kendra should have know not to go into an agreement with Kim. She will not stick to it because she is money hungry.

Mikki, just confirmed, there was never a contract to sell this house. Kim lied to save face on National TV. She lied about purchasing her “dream home”. Lied about “being in escrow”. Now, she is going to lie about the deal falling through (when there was never a deal). Mikki, to finally set the record straight, can you confirm if she paid Kandi for “tardy for the party” or not? She always changes the subject when Andy ask. But, we all want to know.
I don’t think Kandi has been paid, last time she was on WWHL, Andy asked her about it and she said something lie, ‘let’s not talk about that anymore’ and looked down. Then she said that no matter what, she was happy with how things went because she got to do her own show working with aspiring singers.
I still think Kim should pay Kandi, it is weird – no wrong – that she has not paid her. It’s weird that Kim doesn’t seem embarrassed by this debt that the entire country knows about.

Srt_3..well on Tardy for the wedding, which I’m not sure was filmed before or after the renuion..she had not bought it and was renting it. Kim disputed a bill from Kendra for setting up the rooms upstairs for when Kroy’s parents came. Apparently Kendra charged more for the service than agreed upon.
Kim never keeps her agreements. ie Kandi. She always uses and messes over her friends..ie Kandi and Sweetie. Sweetie worked for Kim for free for many years and then, Kim wanted to switch thing up when she started to pay her. She does not like to pay her bills and is a manipulative lier. She uses you for what you are worth (Big Poppa, Kandi, NeNe, Sweetie, Kendra) and then disposes of you. She wanted the house for the show and now, her are Kroy do not want to tie up that much money so Kim is trying to find a way out (just like she did with Kandi…saying her lawyers said not to pay that much…but, what about the verbal agreement that you had with a friend?) You can not agree and when the work is done back out. This is a friend, if it was a little over priced. Eat it for the sake of friendship. That is why she has not friends. She does not value friendship, only what someone can do for her. To Kroy: it’s not that they raise you all better in Montana, it’s that your wife is a lying, manipulative, B****h. (that was from the gutt). Oh and please tell Kim to stop calling her Husband and B***h. It makes Kroy look weak.
Just found this out…it was not a bill for setting up the rooms up stairs for Kroy’s parents, it was the the inital decor and decorating that was done when Kim walked into the house. She did not have the funds up front (well that’s what she said), so Kendra did it on a promise to pay. But, of course Kim does not keep her promises. She wants others to pay for her life style. As Kendra said “I’m not your Big Mama”.
Good point about the timing of filming!!! I didn’t even think of that. I do like Kim……although she did screw over Kandi. Hmm…will be interesting to see how this plays out……

I was thinking the same thing. Kim clearly stated on the reunion show that she and Kroy had outright bought the house. In fact, if memory serves me correctly, she said the closing on the house was going to be within the week.

She had a relationship with a clearly married man (who is still not divorced, NeNe got divorced quicker than him, it does not take this long…you were a willful mistress) for money. She manipulated Kroy into marriage and manipulates everyone in her circle to get what she wants. That is why she has no friends. Kim has not paid Kendra and needs to stop faking and get out of her house. Kroy better get to packing up Big Poppa’s stuff, just like he was packing it in or out to the storage that day. Bye Kim!!!

Most likely has some truth to it. And I say some because, I work for a company that has access to title search for properties. The database we use is often used in official reports for property data across the country.
I searched for Kim & Kroy and nothing came up in their name other than Kim’s townhouse, which is still for sale. It is possible that they own the house under a separate LLC. However, I did a search for Antonio & Kendra Davis, and they do still own the property.

Not sticking up for Kim but there is now way that Kim and Kroy could purchase the home for anywhere near what Kendra is asking. List price was $3,250,000. Last home sold in that neighborhood went for $1.4 million. It was right next door to Kendra’s house. The house on the other side is on the market at 2.4 million. The bank is not going to appraise the home for more that what the house is worth. Kendra purchased the house at the height of the real estate market in 2007 at 3.25. The house is just not worth the same amount today. If I was buying the house I wouldn’t pay more that 2.2 and I know that Kendra will not accept that amount. I would be stupid, as would Kim and Kroy, to pay more that what the house is worth. There are too many great deals of multi million dollar homes in any market. Sorry but that is the realty.

You are correct…but Kim said ten times on the reunion that they are in escrow and it is closing. So they were way past what you are explaining, that would have been all worked out before escrow. At the end of the day, Kim lied AGAIN….

I have always liked Kim. However, when that scene happened and Kim picked out a $400,000 bracelet I lost respect for her. Her flamboyancy and ill regard for money is somewhat a slap in the face for her viewers. I cooed never, EVERndo any of the stiff that she does. And I find the way she is a bit insensitive to the “working American.

Well whether u rent or buy u still pay. So I def think that this has some truth. Kendra and them own this home so nothing not even kim’s security can keep them off of it. Kim didn’t want to speak to him on camera cause she didn’t want people to know the whole truth. I myself own property so I would like to see a security officer tell me I can’t b there. He has no contract with bravo so the fact that they were filming he left on his own free will and Kim knew she had that advantage. And anyway if u can afford a 400k braclet a little 54k invoice should not b a prob.
A lot of leases have a clause that say the owner can inspect the property with 24 to 48 hours advance notice. They can’t just show up on the property.
As if Kendra and her husband knew they were filming the wedding on the property why did they wait until the day before to contact or inspect the property. If it was me I would have been involved with the plans from day 1.

Personally, I don’t think Kim & Kroy would not pay the rent, I think this is a matter of the outstanding decorating bill Kenra inflated as Kim said last night. But eviction can’t come from an outstanding bill. Kim said she & Kenra agreed on a price to decorate the room Kroy’s parents would be staying in, & when Kenra gave Kim the bill, it was more than what they had agreed upon. As for the bracelet, Kroy said to the jeweler spare no expense,let her have anything she wants,fully knowing Kim would probably get the most expensive piece, right? That’s just Kim ! This is a couple that makes Millions each year. Kim said she made more than Kroy on the reunion, and together their salaries & investments are probably a nice sum, plus I am sure they have a financial planner for investments etc., so that is Kim & Kroy’s business, not ours to judge. So people, in closing all I will say is just wait to see what happens, right ? I haven’t seen any evidence of an eviction notice & remember this show was filmed last Oct & Nov, & they are still in the house today so……….?

The bill was a cumulative out that Kim still owed. Kim tries to swing every situation in her favor and play the victim. If she is Kendra’s friend, she should have discussed any differences off camera. But, she knows that she has an audience via the Bravo network and tried to use the cameras to sway public oppinion and justify why she is no longer living. In the house. I would like Kim to make the closing contract public that is signed before a deal goes into escrow.

TODAY…THE HOUSE IS STILL in the owners name and the lease was up 05/31/12. If the owner chooses not to renew the lease, Kim and Kroy will have to move. So with that said, that is why it is coming up now…

I don’t believe it. Kim & Kroy can afford it, he signed a 3 year/$9 million dollar extension this past summer. All of these “sources” always make me laugh ! The fact that they were renting out the home makes sense, almost ALL athletes who’re unsure of whether they’ll be staying in the same city tent to either rent out homes/apartments/condos or live in a teammates home (if they’re single).

9 mill over 3 years is about 1.8 mill a year after taxes. Just last year he allegedly spent 1 mill on a ring (Kim said he brought the ring). 1 mill plus on the wedding. And then buying a 3 mill house. It does not add up….well for people who manage their money well….and we know young athlets have an issue with this especially if they are trying to please a money hungry, gold digging, monkey in a wig wear, 3 baby daddy having, cig smoking, wine drinking in the morning, boob exposing in front of kids, kind of women. Oh yes Sherre’s husband, his butt makes so little money that they will not even force him to pay child and spousal support. And did you see how he was dressed in court… baby, that football money is short.
