Is Caroline Manzo Getting Her Own Talk Show?!
Hah! She sure wishes! The RHONJ star has supposedly been mentioned in getting her own show! A TV insider tells Huffington Post, “There are a lot of sheep in the TV business. Once a formula is successful, everyone wants to copy it. Caroline’s name has come up several times and although it’s still in the very early stages, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if she gets her own chat show.”
Caroline is no stranger to hosting a show! A few months ago, Caroline co-hosted a daytime show on ‘New York Live.’ And the executive producer had nothing but good things to say about her, “Caroline Manzo is appealing for daytime talk because she has the ‘it’ factor. You want to be friends with Caroline. Why? Because she’s nice and she’s honest and she says what the viewers are feeling. I loved Caroline when she co-hosted because she wasn’t afraid to speak her feelings — and what she said had a huge impact.”
Caroline reveals she has not yet been contacted but obviously says it would be something she’d love to do if ever given the opportunity.
Personally, I see viewers have changed their mind on how they see Caroline as a person. I am one of them. Loved Caroline but saw how immature and bitter she acts and it’s sad considering her age. I think she can’t take her own advice so people like me would never want to get advice from her. Do you think Caroline has what it takes to get her own talk show?!

Actually – and Rosalie said this earlier – I think it’s a great idea. Give Caroline her own talk show and take her off RHONJ. Then, after her talk show fails, which it will – after less than 6 episodes – we will never have to hear from her again. She doesn’t have the fan base to make it on her own. She doesn’t have the personality appeal, unless she plans to appeal to all the other bitter, entitled, judgmental, empty nester WASP moms out there. I personally would never watch her show, wouldn’t have to see her on RHONJ either, and therefore would never have to see her again!!!

Lol. Even though I don’t wanna see CaroClown on the show, I still don’t want her to have her own talk show host. She can’t relate to anyone, and she can preach, preach preach… But can’t even take her own advice! She better not get her own talk show! She’ll be all fake for the cameras, and people won’t see right through her BS. When people share their darkest moments, Caroline will act as if she knows it all and how she’s hurting just listening to them, and yada yada yada! HELL NO! Is this a PR STUNT? I just hope it’s not true. Caroline DESERVES NOTHING except A GOOD SLAP IN THE FACE BY TERESA GIUDICE!

I read the comments on HuffPo and 95% of the comments out of the current 135 comments hate Caroline. She isn’t getting a talk show. She is pathetic. 95% of the comments said that Caroline was their least favorite housewife.
Caroline is hated! That is exactly what she deserves.
I was such a Huge Caroline Fan from day one, but I agree with you after this season not so much. Her and her daughter are extremely bitter and angry this season, Im almost positive at least half of the people that liked her feel the same after her behavior this season
I agree, though I always loved T, I liked Caroline as well up until last season. Caroline and her kids have proven themselves to be immature jerks. Her radio show obviously went no where, so why would they give her a talk show? She can’t take her own advice, shes a phony.

I was a fan too, early on, but these last few seasons changed my mind. I still don’t get the anger over the cookbook or why she isn’t talking to siblings (or they won’t talk to her.)

I think it may be successful. She has tons of fans and supporters.
So do I. Two years ago I wouldn’t have watched it, but I definitely will now. I think she’s learned to appreciate people a lot more than she used to, and I think she’s shown the most personal growth of anyone on this show.

I would like to understand the personal growth you see. Please explain.
Caroline has been finding out, during the course of this show alone, that some of family and friends that she’d been defending so valiantly weren’t worth her loyalty. Or even her time.
Now that her eyes have been opened, I think she’s become much more interested in people outside of her own circle. She’s also amazingly sharp and misses nothing. Even Danielle admitted to a grudging respect for her.
Who was she defending?

There is no way to reason with Sam. She doesn’t debate a topic or even stay on point. Her Danielle reference was in S1 where Danielle prior to the finale said she admired Caroline, but that changed in Danielle’s mind after Caroline blatantly lied and went after Danielle for no apparent reason.
I personally dislike Danielle, but she had a point Caroline is vindictive. Caroline acts like a Mafia Don.
Danielle currently has no respect for Caroline and this is where Samantha has her reversionary ideas. Sam seeks to rewrite the present with what she wants it to be, but not how it really is.
I agree Jennifer..You can’t reason with Samantha. This coming from a person that supports Caroline, LOL.. Caroline a woman that investagated Danille, got that whole mess uncovered that was 25 years old at the time. A person that headed up all that drama and sat back with her arms crossed, smiling the whole time.

@ SAMANTHA I do watch the DAMN SHOW thats why I’m asking who does she defend. I haven’t seen her defend anyone. Danielle had a hard on for Dina so she was going to blame the “book” all on Dina, LARGE MARGE then pointed her fat stumpy sausage like finger in Daniells face and said” you a listen to me we are as thick as thieves and I showed the book” later at the reunion LARGE MARGE also admitted she had Danielle investigated, because that must be what any non paranoid level headed person does. Danielle just said she respected LARGE MARGE for trying to stick up for her sister, fast foward to season 2 Danielle basically told LARGE MARGE to go f*ck herself. Now back to who did LARGE MARGE defend?

Many people do not feel the same way about her. My gut wrenched when she said Christie Brinkley’s daugther, Alexis, would be perfect for her son because they are both CHILDREN OF PRIVILEGE, and then kind of yukked at the cheerleader. She cannot cover that up. Talk show? Who would watch?
Trust me, if they have EVER watched this show fully someone would be the most desperate fool on Earth to give her a normal talk show. That may have been a thought when she TRIED and failed miserably with the radio gig. Anything is possible though. There are some other questionable peeps with shows.. UGH. Well even if it happens I do not think many people would watch and it would get canned. Like everything else she has done.

I think that this is her true colors, & we didn’t see it b/c we were all into them all being friends, focused on all of Danielles crazy. But the second stopped kissing her ass, like Jacko, she turned. When T said in a camera interview ‘no thanks caroline, i am the matriarch of my family…’ the tide turned. Caroline is a bitch, imo!

Caroline hosting a talk show? I don’t know where this myth of kindly Caroline that warms the cockles of the heart and soothes the savage brow comes from because there is no evidence for it on the show or on her appearances on other shows where she seems tense and inauthentic.
I know she had an advice show for a bit. Another example of how celebrity trumps competence. She’s raised three children whose only remarkable characteristic is how utterly unaccomplished and mediocre they are despite the massive advantages of wealth and status. It’s true they have not ended up in jail, but that’s a might low bar that is mastered by the majority of American parents whose children also graduate from high school. Unlike the Manzos, though, most American’s have children that leave the nest, go to school, find jobs on their own and make their way in the world. It seems the majority of American parents achieve better results than the Manzos with far less wealth and far fewer advantages.
As to Caroline’s alleged wisdom is consists of a few trite bromides that she learned watching cartoons. “I yam what I yam” and “It is what it is.” She’s a regular Popeye – full of anger and stupidity and no thought longer than a bumper sticker.
I guess I should add that I think the reason Caroline is judged by some to be an excellent mother is because the only other one with a young adult is Jac who is a train wreck, an appallingly bad parent.

Reply here if you have adult children who have managed to graduate from high school and get a job on their own or complete a college education. If so, you have achieved more than Caroline Manzo and should have a talk show.
I don’t have kids, but all of my parents children graduated from college and went out and became independent adults immediately after high school.

i cant stand her on rhonj let alone a talk show . i have 2 grown children 1 has a full time job and lives on her own my son is in college and will become a priest i read somewhere the the clown from the movie IT aka caroline ,hates tre now because of what happened in punta with the fight . he babies got arrested and thrown in jail with out bottles and IT and daddy and to pay lots of cash to bail them out so this is why shes pissed any one else here of this reason

I have a dumb question what happen to her radio show? I heard it didn’t last, now that being said if the radio show didn’t last what makes people think her talk show will. I used to like her but now I can’t stand her. I don’t think it was lady like to flip the bird on the show last Sunday.
Caroline was not given a permanent spot. They didn’t ask her for a full-time spot.
