EXCLUSIVE: Vicki Gunvalson Is Absolutely Miserable!
This definitely was not Real Housewive of Orange County’s star Vicki Gunvalson’s season! She’s been labeled as one of the biggest hypocrites on housewife history and has even lost a best friend. Vicki has been trying to play it cool but a source close to the housewife tells AllAboutTRH EXCLUSIVELY that Vicki is absolutely miserable!
“Vicki is absolutely miserable and has become a different person. She’s constantly giving everyone an attitude like she’s better than them. She’s always acting super emotional and crying. She’s really sad about her and Tamra ending their friendship and wishes Tamra and Gretchen didn’t become friends.”
The source adds, “She’s thought about breaking up with Brooks several times and has but he keeps coming back and trying even harder, so she thinks he’s fighting for her and takes him back. She’s really unhappy with her family and life and feels like Brooks is the only one who cares about her.”
That’s upsetting to hear when it’s clear everyone does care about Vicki and that’s why they don’t want to see her with Brooks. Are you surprised Vicki is miserable?

Not surprised at all! She was in an unhappy marriage knowing Don was cheating and the first guy that came along to tell her what she wants to hear she ate it up. She is a smart woman and knows he is a POS but she is afraid of not having a man so she stays IMO.

I feel bad for her. I think that she saw her family and friends turn against her this season. No matter what you think about her attitude or behavior no one really deserves to have their dirty laundry aired out that way. Her daughter and her best friend betrayed her. I can see why she would make bad decisions in her choice of boyfriend because it’s hard for her to determine who can be trusted.
And even after Tamra betrayed her she held back, you could tell, with Tamara and Eddie. I think we all know that Tamra didn’t just suddenly start dating Eddie a couple of weeks after separating from Simon. Vicky was classy and just phrased it as “like” and didn’t spell it out for everyone like tamras obscene revelations.
So I think that makes Tamra the biggest hypocrite of them all.
I do agree that Tamra hit below the belt. My prob is the numerous times Vicki hit below the belt in seasons past. To be honest, I mainly felt badly for Alexis and I don’t even really like her! I thought all the ladies were just pain mean to her, regardless of her attitude regarding things. Truth is, ALL of them do exactly the same things to one another. It’s the backbone of the show.
I have watched all the HW franchises since the beginning. ( well not DC or Miami but I digress) the overall nature of all the shows is just too much. Too much fighting. Backstabbing. Cattiness. Bitchiness. Leaves us all wanting more, though.
Atlgirl, I completely agree with you. I do feel bad for Vicki; she was thrown under the bus during that reunion by Tamra the skank and Briana bringing up Donn. With a friend like Tamra, who needs enemies.

Agree! Brianna & michael want nothing but the best for their mother & that is very clear. Brianna never said anything because it wasnt her place but when tamra said what she was thinking, she knew she wasnt alone. these people have looked out for vicki because brooks is shady good for nothing pos that doesnt even get to know them & outed brianna’s pregnancy & wedding. he’s not even her father so i wouldnt want to know him either. she chooses not to listen to them & picks him over her own children. that says alot & i dont feel bad for her at all. he’s a liar & stirs the pot. it’s karma & she deserved it.

Vicky has been ugly towards others in the past but it seems to stems from really low self-esteem. If my husband had a 20 year affair, I’d be pretty bitter and miserable too.
I hope she loses the loser, forgets about Tamra (who wasn’t a true friend anyway) and realizes that her happiness lies within. She’ll be much better off.
She’s always had that “woe is me” attitude. Sorry, but I just don’t feel badly for her. Now, that everything is coming back to bite her in the ass she is sorry. I just can’t feel badly for her. Her hypocrisy was out of control.
I agree…I mean I don’t want to see anyone fall completely apart & be totally miserable but Vicki is not really a nice person. I think all her hypocrisy caught up with her all at once & now she’s sorry??? Of course she’s sorry now.

There are so many women who are intelligent, have great careers and “have their ish together”. But, when it comes to men they just fall apart at the seams. She’s a classic case of this.

I don’t understand everyone’s concern over Vicki and her love choices. Didn’t Tamra get mad when Vicki voiced concerns over how “controlling” Simon was but it’s okay to voice her concerns over Brooks? Seriously whoever anyone chooses to date is no one’s business but that person. If she’s choosing to date a dead beat dad then let her make the decision. Every man has issues and if this type of baggage is what she wants to deal with then let her! You don’t have to like the man she is with in order to like her.
I never thought she was any good. Go back to her marriage with Simon, until the recession hit, and he lost a big chunk of his money, is when he became too controlling and unbearable (says Tamra). She blamed that on the fact the she was mean and obnoxious to Gretchen and others. Now she’s supposed to be sooo happy with Eddie, but she’s still the biggest “Mean Girl”. I’m not understanding why anyone is not getting on her for her rude and disgusting behavior.

Gretchen had better be careful with what she tells Tamra, because she will have no problem letting everyone know; I am sure Slade is being cautious. I do not think Vicki is anywhere near perfect, but she is not a lowlife piece of garbage like Tamra.
I noticed that too. Once Simon lost his job and $$$$ Tamra was not happy anymore. She even said in the limo ridewith him when they were fighting if you were still making money everything would be fine. Eddie better hope he don’t lose any of his $$ or Tamra might start a rumor about how controlling he is too.
sounds like me (and so many others) in Highschool. I dated a boy nobody liked and i thought everyone hated me and didn’t care about me and this boy was the only one!!
As soon as we broke up my family and friends swooped in and it opened my eyes. I thank God that I dated that boy, because it brought me closer to my family and I link it back to that horrible situation.

I don’t know if brooks is really a con man or not. But for the sake of playing devils advocate, if he is, then this guy has access to Vickis computers if he is in her house. Not only that, but if she works at home at night,which she does, then he has access to all of her clients personal information and files. That is pretty huge if he is a bad guy.
He doesn’t live with Vicki, but he does have access to Vicki’s facebook. Brianna said that Vicki bought Brooks a condo. Vicki is so insecure, I can promise you, Brooks is going to convince Vicki to marry him and guess what happens next? He will wipe her out financially.
She’ll realize that she’s been conned when she wakes up to an empty bed.
I think her business will suffer because of all this. I wouldn’t be confident having her handle any of my personal business when it’s clear her focus is Brooks.
I’d also like to say it’s offensive to hear her keep telling Brianna to “shut up”. She’s blessed to have an intelligent, well spoken daughter who has her own opinions. Whether she wants to hear them or not.
Really! Not only did she tell her daughter to shut up, but did you catch the speech Vicki left at the end? How the reunion awakened her, openned her eyes and she mentioned Brianna twice in that speech? Vicki was saying that she was shocked that Brianna would dare talk about Brooks like that and she had no clue that Brianna was against Brooks and she’s basically saying that she is having to re-evaluate her relationship with her daughter. Vicki is a piece of crap and ditched her own daughter. Her daughter has a serious health problem and Vicki should be feeling blessed that her daughter is alive today. Vicki is selfish, and you know something? Vicki will be a lonely old maid wondering why nobody calls her, and I hope a voice whispers in her ear, “You were selfish and mean!”

At one point I felt bad for her, but she is a grown woman, with much experience in life. Im sure she can eventually figure out a way to attain personal happiness. For the most part, everyone deserves some happiness ( depending on who and what they are!!).

Vicki has been nasty in the past. However, she said she realized that an apologized. I don’t know how sincere that was because I don’t know her personally. That said, I think Tamra and Brianna being incahoots was sad. Brianna should be ashamed of herself by discussing her mother’s personal life with Tamra. To me the meanest girl on the show is Tamra. She absolutely enjoys bringing other people down. Very evil. I have a feeling Eddie will not be around long….they never are. Tamra loves Tamra.
Grammy8, I think Tamra is actually changing to a better person because of Eddie. Tamra wasn’t nice but notice she is starting to take responsibility for her own actions and she did try to change what she’s done. I do feel Tamra is happy with Eddie and Simon really was mean to Tamra and certainly didn’t hide it on television. Simon said things to his wife (on television) that no husband should say. He was a horrible person. That’s where Tamra was. Now she really does look happy and I think she’s trying to make amends. Tamra does care very much for Vicki, and it’s hard to believe that a woman can be so insecure for a man, that she would degrade her own loyal friend over an ‘Evil Eye’ accusation. Evil Eye? Vickie has passed judgement on everyone else when she was doing the very same as she was accusing them. Even with Don, Vicki seemed selfish and controling but happy. If you watch her on the reunion shows, she really looks miserable, mean and very distant. I never liked Vicki because she always came off to me as very immature and selfish and didn’t care what was important to others around her, she only cared about what was important to her and pushed whatever she wanted onto others. Example, if Vicki wanted to do this and do that, others were forced to go with her. So it is not surprising that she would Force what she wants, in this case Brooks, onto others. Sorry, you can’t force people to accept someone. I do think that Bravo is not inviting Vicki back because they see Brooks as a aggressive, possibly dangerous, stalker/predator.
Tamra has not changed. She tries to change public opinion. Everyone came down so hard on her when she was targeting Gretchen and it was not justified. Not saying Gretchen is innocent but she went after Tamra only when instigated/provoked by Tamra. Vicki has always been so harsh judgemental of others but there is always justification when she turns around and does the same thing. She had such a problem when jeana admitted to living with her exhusband while they were still legally married and both had boyfriend/girlfriends. Jeana’s reasoning was financial and low and behold Vicki had the same answer and that was ok once she did it. The list goes on and on. Heather is boring and everything she said or did was directed towards Alexis…if Alexis was offended by you and does not want to speak to you then what does it matter…being that she is supposedly so intelligent and above others why does it eat at her so much that Alexis said she was not a “known actress” I had never heard of either..no matter how many acting jobs she has had she is not memorable and if she was so Successful in her Career there would be no need for her to come on a house wife franchise. Even her closing speech was towards Alexis. All season all she could say was phony phony phony…they are all phony it is half scripted. People go on these shows to promote/jump start some type of career or product. Even the housewives who were successful prior to coming on the show..ie Kandi Buruss… it is to further their career and n. Kandi has made a lot of money writing hits for other people she admitted herself that she has not had the same success in he solo record sales. I think Alexis hit a truth nerve with Heather labeling her the “unknown actress”and said what most people were thinking… You do not have to keep announcing you are an actress if you are recognizable. Heathers attempt to damage control and defray what Alexis had said only made her less boring and more annoying. She was jumping on Alexis about bragging…but that is all she did was brag about her house, her husband, her friends, career…I also think Heather is jealous because she has been at her craft for years and things are just being handed to Alexis even if she is not capable…fox5, general hospital…Heather just needs to relax now that she has put in her year she will get offers too.. I guess .Tamra will spend another season dogging Alexis and when she realizes that she is still not the fan favorite and only viewed as a trailer trash weather beaten jealous mean girl she will attempt to appeared to have changed again. Not a fan of Alexis either but that is just because she comes off as a ding bat but I am glad despite Vicki’s nastiness and I am sure her motives were because she has no friends that she did try and and defend Alexis and not let them gang up on her, unlike Gretchen ratchet ass. That is proof how toxic Tamra is because as Andy pointed out at the top of the show they were almost interchangeable.

If the cheating rumors about Don, and the abandoned kids rumors about Brooks are true, Vicki has only lost time and energy. Tamra? Losing Tamra may help her get her soul back. Tamra is the lowest of the low, IMO.
I truly believe Vicki has a good heart and I feel sorry for her. Everyone keeps bashing Brook’s when she loves him. I do not think he is the right man for her but she is an adult woman and will learn that herself. Hopefully I’m wrong.
Why is it no one came down on Tamra for dating Eddie? Simon has even said on his fb, he was the one who left her for cheating with Eddie. She did not leave him. Vicki accepted Eddie and never once said a negative remark about him. Brooks intensions do seems shady but Vicki needs support from people. We all need love and support even when we are wrong. She must feel so alone. Even her own daughter bashed her on national television. I wish her the best.
