Dina Manzo Explains What She Loves About Teresa And Defends Joe Giudice!
In this footage from Sunday’s WWHL After Show, former RHONJ star Dina Manzo explains what she loves about Teresa. She says although it might drive others crazy, she loves the fact that Teresa is always happy and says they don’t get too deep. And describes there friendship as “fun.” Dina also defends Teresa’s hubby Joe! Check it out after the jump

Yes, it is just weird that everyone else is pissed at her that she is not sad all the time. WTF? I still don’t get it!?
I agree. I would not be angry at myclose friend for trying to keep her head up and be positive while facing hard times. Actually a friends job is try to help your friend keep her head up and think positive.. that the the ladies want Teresa to be depesed, unhappy and sad is ridiculous and proves they were never real friends to begin with!

I don’t think Teresa OR Dina are exactly what you would call deep people. I can see how this “friendship” would work for Teresa as she neither understands, is capable, of or even really wants a genuine personal relationship with anyone.
I think she sees people as nothing more than objects to be manipulated by her to her own personal or financial advantage, including her own children.
Also, I heard that it had been quite some time before Teresa had even been in touch with Dina before the night when she went running to her in tears (lol okay) when she got torn a new one by Caroline.
So are you a registered psychologist or just play one when you want to slam Teresa? Actually if you are a psychologist, spend some of the energy you put in hating Teresa into healing yourself. It can’t be healthy. You seem far, far too personally invested.

Real recognizes real you can definitely see Teresa and Dina have a true friendship. And I it is great to see. Dina is so positive nothing like Jacquline and Caro.

There is a lot that I like about Dina, for instance,I think that she has great personal style and I love the way that she decorates er home. But this is what I don’t get. Why did she marry a guy that he caught cheating on her NUMEROUS TIMES?? Tommy Manz is a total player and probably a shady one at that. Men like him don’t change!! And he thinks that it’s OK for JJ to be verbally abusive to his wife and kids?? All of Dina’s peace and light BS just doesn’t make sense in view of everything she just tolertes from men does it???
I think it’s in their culture to take crap from men.
Pauly is so funny, and just a down to earth guy. He seems so sweet, but that hair has got to go! It’s okay though. Whatever works for him. I adore Dina! She is just so away from the drama, I love it! I hope Caroline takes note from her beautiful, youngest sister, but Caroline doesn’t take advice from anyone. I hope Dina and Tre’s friendship will last forever!
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with what she said about Teresa personally. She keeps it light with her. Everyone has that one friend you joke with, laugh with, party with. Then you have others who you stay up with on the phone for hours crying when times get tough. Everyone has their purpose in your life.
i love Dina! She kept it totally PC while still being a good friend. I think it speaks volumes that Dina and T have remained friends even after she left the show.
I personally wouldnt want to be around a friend who was constantly miserable and depressed instead of facing their problems with the right attitude, which is why i love t. you’ve got to pick your head up and keep going! it doesnt mean that nothing it wrong, it just means that you chose to not let the negative run your life.
Friends generally accept each other for who they are. Some people, like Teresa are light hearted and good time girls. Jac clearly started having unrealistic expectations of what Teresa should be rather then loving her for who she is.
I am quite certain that Teresa is/was aware that Jac is a gossip, Tre is a smart lady to not share her most intimate secrets with Jac. It was absolutely disgusting to see Jac saying ‘rumor is Tre and Joe lead seperate lives…’ and outing her for her
purchases and and house extensions in TV. What a backstabbing bitch, that is her friend for Gods sake and who cares how they live, I know they are not the first couple to sleep I seperate rooms. I have to say around these episodes where Jac turns on Tre she does haven underlying smug look on her face.
You can’t get everything from one person, we all need a variety of people in our lives to get our needs met.
Also when Linda had to say to Jac the other week that Tre was going through a lot and Jacturns around and says ‘really cos she tells everything is fine’ just goes to show how self evolved Jac is. She has known Tre for a LONG time. She should enable to read between the lines. A true friend would know that Tre isn’t going to cry wolf but know deep down inside that she needs support.
These women are a great example of how nto not be a good human being and friend.

I think Tre is one of those people who never spill about their finances. Very common in italian families. We were always brought up to keep family business in the family, and not to discuss family problems with “outsiders”. It doesn’t mean she doesn’t have close friends-it just means she keeps money problems, husband problems and family arguments to herself. Jac on the other hand, blabs about EVERYTHING, and uses how much she knows about you to gauge how “close” you are with her. I’m pretty sure even if Teresa wasn’t already raised to keep her personal business private, she would have realized that Jac is not the kind of person you confide ANYTHING in!

I love Dina. I wish she and Lexi were back on RHONJ. Without her on the show, Caroline’s ego went out of control and there’s no one to put her in real check.
What’s also great is how she didn’t turn into a raging jealous harpy at Teresa’s success. That’s proof of a real friendship, and of someone who really does the embrace the better side of things instead of giving into the pettier aspects.
I think DIna recognized that Jacko & caroline want T to be negative and down like they are! I think she said that was her favorite part of T as a way to not only stick up for T, but to give a jab at the others for being negative nancies! what do u think?
Does not seem like they are true friends, just fun friends. You talk to your friends about your life, your family, good times, and bad times. I have fun frends, I call them my going out girls. I mostly just go out with them, but, never actually discuss any really issues about my life. I do find it odd that Tre will share deep detais of her life with magizines but not someone she calls a true friend. Love Tre, but come on.
She did not share any personal deep stuff w/ magazines, they knew, told her, ‘we’re running a story on blah blah blah, what is your comment?’ and they write a whole article about it. They will run it regardles, she might as well have some input, no?
If the magazines call up George Bush and say we found out your have DWI from your college days, we’re running a story, do you have a comment, and Bush says, ya i was a kid, i made a mistake, i feel terrible, and then they run a story, does that mean he got deep w/ them? NO
Answer, Yes…you give them your input, but, your true friend would have know about it log before the mags. Don’t you think, no?

The only 2 people who can define Teresa and Dina’s friendship is Teresa and Dina. The nice thing is Dina said Teresa has a fun and positive energy.
I can see friends accepting one another when they’re both good people. How can you be good friends with someone with the slimy history the Giudices have? For pity’s sake, their tenants had to have help not losing their homes during the winter because of sleazy behavior. People have been hurt by illegal behavior (forging a signature).
Dina’s character was always in question, for me. This only seals it, as far as I’m concerned. I think HGTV needs to rethink who it gives a show to.
Joe was no longer in charge of that building. That was part of Joe’s bankruptcy case. Teresa and Joe are two different people, married or not. Teresa is not respoonsible for Joes actions. If that is the reason for the Teresa, it really is silly. No one is responsible for their spouses actions in life or business.
For god sake Lisa Simpson, Melhoes ugly sister, her hubby is gay. She has a fake marriage, no house, and no sex on top of it. That is why she has so much to say & write about T & D. She is just desperate, and latching on to lil sissy Melhoe for the $$$.. that they really don’t have. Phonies! T & D on the other hand are thriving, I think their Karma is paying out, and God is w/ them. Thank You jesus. The others are all failing. I wonder why! Thank You Jesus.
