RHOA star Kim Zolciak can’t seem to get away from the fact that she was once with Big Poppa! Straight From The A recently reported that Kim Zolciak failed to pay her taxes when she was dating Big Poppa and claimed no income!

Kim is denying the claims saying, “For the moreon that wrote the article that I don’t pay my taxes do ur research! Wish I didn’t have to but hey its a part of life!! #cleanconscience.”

The source added, “She needs her jail time or pay up like the rest of us.” Uh oh. Do you believe Kim failed to pay her taxes?

What would she be paying taxes on? I don’t think being a mistress is recognized as an occupation by the federal government.

Love how she spelled moron! I do not think she was working while she was with him, other then being the mistress that is. If she did or didn’t, I do not care because we have seen what kind of person she is. Hope she is better since she is with Kroy!

    • FREE KROY says:

Yes, I don’t like Kim but, if she does not earn income, she does not have to pay taxes. She was a mistress and received gifts, house payments, living expenses, ect. She should not have to pay taxes on that. Wait…..one time, my DM took us on a trip to Vegas, and sent me a 1099 for the value of the trip and I had to pay taxes on it. Oh well, she go off. Damn Kim, you know how to work the system.

      • FREE KROY says:

Depends if the gifts were for her service as a mistress or not:

        Recipient doesn’t report income
Gifts you receive aren’t considered income. It doesn’t matter how large they are. You don’t report them on your income tax return in any way.

There are a couple of important qualifications on this simple rule:

True gifts. This rule applies only to true gifts. You can’t avoid paying income tax by calling something a gift when it isn’t. For example, a “gift” you receive in exchange for services or some other consideration isn’t a gift.
Income after gift. If you receive a gift in the form of income-producing property, you must report any income produced after the gift. For example, if you receive stock as a gift, you must report any dividends paid on that stock after the gift.

Any cash given to her is considered income. Big Poppa was not just proving her wiht gifts how do you think her and her girls survived off of prada? This woman needs to be paying taxes like the rest of us.

          • DEE says:

Are you serious this is not taxable income! This was an allowance and I’m sure Big Poppa paid taxes on it so I see the purpose of collecting it twice. My boyfriend pays my car payment all the time…that is not considered income get real.

        • Ms M says:

My point exactly “gift” you received in exchange for services. Think about that one for a moment, wait for it, wait for it BAMB you got it.
Also “if you receive a gift in the form of income producing property (wig line) did she report that? How do we know she does’t have stock?? I mean come on people she was living very high whos to say she wasn’t hitting someone at the IRS.

    • Ms M says:

Ah who about the condo she was living in? The car she drove. And she did get a income money from Big Pappa.

Sounds like Nene was feeling cranky.

Until the IRS opens a case against her or she decides to run for president, we are not going to be seeing her tax returns. They are private information.

    • True Fan From OC to Atlanta says:

I’m just curious about their Dream Home she has claimed to be having Built. She never mentions it on Twitter anymore or has even given any updates as to when it will be finished.Although she claimed that it would be done this month & they was why they had to stay in the rental until the home was finished.Kim has lied on every single reunion show when Andy or the viewers have asked her Straight questions. So I put nothing past her to spin this story also.

  3. Buck Henry says:

She hasn’t paid her taxes, does that woman look like the type that would pay taxes on 30,000 dollars in cash that Big Poppa happen to “give” her for expenses, no way she would send them cash because I wouldn’t. I feel sorry for Kroy, because I think he is going to find out alot more than he wants to about his new wife.

    • Margie says:

and feel sorry for his family. Embarrassing!

      • Lori-Anne says:

I THINK THEY ALREADY KNOW BEFORE KIM AND KORY SAID I DO .CUZ KORYS FAMILY FEEL THAT WAY RIGHT FROM THE GET GO. KORY’S MOM ISN’T TO CRAZY ABOUT KIM IN THE FIRST PLACE. I LIKE KIM AN KORY BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS………. THE TRUTH SORRY KIM Z. I’M JUST SAY HOW IT IS………

  4. Nyleve says:

Love the name of the new show posted on another blog….Don’t Be Tardy With The Taxes.

  5. kelly says:

This story is lame. If she didn’t pay her taxes the IRS would just attach any refund she was due for the subsequent tax years.

  6. Lisa says:

You don’t have to pat taxes on gift money. Big pops paid the taxes that is what’s called double taxation

  7. Rosalie Marie, says:

I don’t get this? I don’t like Kim at all but I fail to see the point to this story? We all get things from those who love us. We don’t file taxes on things that were already purchased and paid in full for including taxes. Her cheating boyfriend paid the taxes when he bought the gifts. This story is obnoxious and gives the government a new way to get money from us. “If you receive a gift, you have to claim it and pay taxes on that gift, even though the taxes had been paid in the sales tax.”

  8. Lia says:

Well the IRS doesn’t mess around with tax evasion and it’s a matter of public record so I guess we’ll know at some point whether this is true or not, but I think it was probably a planted story.

  9. Shay says:

Gifts he already paid taxes on are fine; however, if he was giving her money, that’s different. Anything over $999 has to be reported and taxed, even if she was purchasing/paying for items with a tax attached.
