Details On The Real Housewives Of Orange County Reunion Taping!
Another reunion filled with endless drama! The Real Housewives of Orange County stars taped their reunion just last week and their are already several reports that it was loaded with drama! A source tells Wetpaint exclusive details on what went on in the reunion starting with Alexis!
“At the end of the day, Alexis is still very hurt but she had made a commitment to attend the reunion and she wanted to keep it. So she went and said her piece. She addressed what she believed was a severe case of bullying on that trip.”
And you won’t believe who was supporting her throughout the reunion! Most of us would assume it would be Gretchen but it was actually Vicki! “Vicki really had her back. They’ve developed a pretty strong friendship at this point. Off-camera, I know they’ve been hanging out quite a bit lately.”
Speaking of Gretchen. Did the two work things out? Unfortunately not! The source adds, “Their relationship is pretty strained. At this point, I don’t know if it will recover.”

What I gathered from twitter is that Andy tweeted he was “attacked”….not sure if that was just in jest or if one of them really hit him or tossed him lol. Alexis, Heather & Tamra each tweeted/commented that it wasn’t them, and someone said we’d be surprised who it ACTUALLY was. That only leaves Gretchen and Vicki.
Thanks Diva I figured it was either Alexis or Vicki since they seem to be the ones with bad aspects in their storyline like the blowup fight, Brooks, or with the fight with Briana.

Vicki’s friendship with Alexis seems to real and sincere. Gretchen’s friendship with Alexis appeared weak and self-serving for Gretchen!

No, I’m not surprised because Gretchen has ALWAYS been shady in my eyes! Yes, she made a lot of valid points about Alexis, but the fact that she changed drastically because of Tamra speaks volumes on her as a person. If you can just go against Alexis at everything, and just switch in 2 seconds… She’s not worth being friends with. Jacqueline and Caroline switched so fast with Teresa, and went against her soon after they became friends with stupid MeHO and Kathy…
Gretchen has always been shady since the beginning of the show. Ever since her whole thing with Jeff… I couldn’t even believe whatever came out of her mouth. Tamra blurts things out all the time, but I see her as being honest and straight forward. Many of you may not like Tamra, but I still do because she says things to their face whether they wanna hear it or not. She’s like Ramona. Blunt, but I love it! Hey, at least Tamra makes me laugh! Lol. She blurts out the silliest things, and she can dish it and take it! You never know what’s gonna come out of her mouth! Somewhat like Jacqueline, but Jacko is on another level of CRAZY-INSANE.
Alexis seems fake, phony, and pretentiousness, but I actually feel bad for her. She doesn’t do anything to maliciously hurt people, unlike MeHo and CaroClown! Keep your distance, Alexis! Gretchen is not to be trusted! I could have told you that from the beginning, but now you know. =)
I agree with what you said Isabella. I love Tamra for the fact that she tells it like it is and says it to their face. She is hilarious.
To be honest i dont think Alexis was bullied! No one was yelling at her, no one was screaming, no one tried to hit or throw a drink at her, and plus she bought up the topic! She asked Heather a question and she answered it. Did Tamera and Gretchen need to add their two cents, no, but they didnt say anything completely rude. I dont like the fact that shes saying she was bullied, becaused i’ve seen bulling and that wasnt even close.
Like really sitting in a cornor crying because someone told you they tired of you bragging about how much money you have and spend!
Krystal how would you like it if you were suppose to be on vacation with some friends and they got together to point out all of the things they didn’t like about you? To be nice to you up until the point where you were going to be confronted on T.V.? The tone of their voices isn’t the issue here. She obviously felt cornered. It looked to me that they put her in a position of no matter what she said it was a losing situation! Then the one who was suppose to speak up for you talks down to you. I would of walked away in tears as well. These women pulled a dumb ass intervention on her bragging a lot. Who does that? Not only did they do that but they did in front of the camera and on a vacation, these ladies are petty and for some reason have jealousy issues. If you don’t see a problem with cornering a friend or at least someone you make believe your friends to then your just as bad as these ladies who confronted her. It was tacky of them to do that.
I would feel more sympathy for Alexis if she was more genuine and sincere when she came on, she did not humiliate Peggy, and she did not initiate an attack on Vicki on San Francisco. While that incident could be considered tacky, what is it when anyone tries to address issues with each other then? There is no point of anyone talking to each other to address anything if this will be the outcome! Someone will always be hurt, someone will be bitter/mad, someone will lie, someone will be honest! Would you rather fake people who lie and try to act like a friend or people keep talking behind your back? There are real cases of bullying that are horrific and I don’t feel this is one! Thats someone who dished it out and can’t take it in, in my opinion.
The problem I see with that is Tamra and most of the other girls did not have good intentions. Yes, you should be honest with your friends even if it means hurting their feelings IF there are good intentions. BUT as Tamra and Heather have pointed out through the season, they are not and do not want to be friends with Alexis. They weren’t pointing these things out to help her, they were trying to hurt her. I still don’t get why they were so over the top about it or why they care so so much. They obviously don’t give a shit about Alexis or her feelings, the girls looked so pompous while they were berating her, infuriating! They need to own the fact they were being total Bitches instead of acting like the attack came from a place of kindness. It was clear they wanted to tear her apart for things that do not affect them in any way. The fact that Gretchen stood by through this and then had the nerve to chime in was deplorable. If you care so much why not bring it up to your friend in private or in a way that wasn’t so demeaning and embarassing.

Kizzy Alexis brought it up! She wanted to discuss the elephant in the room! If you don’t want to hear criticism then don’t ask someone to defend calling you a phony. I think Alexis is just mad that she found out her bragging was having the opposite effect of what she intended. And I ALSO think she was horrified that Heather and her husband based their opinion of Alexis and Jim on what they had SEEN with her own eyes at the department store. That was a pretty telling story Heather told

TBH, it was pointed out before that the way the ladies approached her was the exact way they all approached Vicki on another trip for her behavior. Alexis included. Tamra told Alexis on more than one occasion, to her face, that she felt she was fake. The only person saying it that REALLY should have upset her was Gretchen, and Gretchen should have told her privately….because they have a friendship where as the rest of the ladies, they had been more acquaintances to that point.
Not trying to say the way they approached the situation was RIGHT, but for Alexis to call it “bullying”….I’ve seen real, actual cases of bullying. This wasn’t anywhere close.

I don’t like that the show makes fun of Alexis’ religion. That’s just as despicable as ridiculing someone’s sexuality or race IMO.
Aunt JUlie, I do not like making fun at those things either. I am thinking the problem with Alexis is that stereotypically ( I know that sounds wrong, sorry) when people talk about being deeply rooted and religious, they do not act like Jim or Alexis. In other words, they do not match up to what they speak of, or practice what they preach constantly. I know no one is perfect! I am into my faith, and Lord knows I sin, but I also do not go around speaking Jesus while doing and saying opposite! I think thats where some may have issues with them in regards to religion. Just a guess!

She gets very annoyed with her DOCTOR husband when he is a little too funny at parties..Why? Because he is a DOCTOR ….and people should be making him laugh at parties NOT the other way around…because you know, he is a DOCTOR.
I can almost hear her giving him instructions on how to act “phony” in front of others, before they leave the house.

I watched the Costa Rica episode again and I swear, Heather looked like some type of giant insect on that white water raft. With her large head and pointed chin, wearing the helmet with those stupid looking sunglasses and her skinny arms–all that was missing was some wings on her back and she could’ve passed for a huge wasp. Ugly woman!!!
You can’t trust Gretchen as far as you can throw her. She was obviously only with Jeff because he had money and was cheating on him behind his back. That has been confirmed. In the end she held out for inheritance money. All this crap with Slade gives her a story line and she knows it. She has no intention of marrying him because he has NO MONEY. She’s as sneaky and shallow as they come and once she has no use for you…you’re gone.
I’m not surprised because during the episode, vicki was siding with alexIs,in the confessionals she said she didn’t like it! Someone (andy) actually was physically attacked at the reunion etc..no one can talk about it but I can’t wait to find out what happened! Andy?! Come on!
I feel like Vicki gravitated towards Alexis because Tamra and Gretchen formed a friendship….or at least an attempt to put the past behind them. Things, I’m sure, are probably different off-camera but that’s how I saw it forming. Am I surprised that Gretchen and Alexis’ friendship didn’t last? Not really….given that I think they only bonded in the first place because both of them felt insulted by Tamra.

I’ve got a feeling it was one of the husbands/boyfriends who attacked Andy. Jim perhaps for recently showing his dislike of the show entirely and for in his and Alexis’s opinion, allowing her to be bullied? Or perhaps Vicki, if Andy man’s up and ask’s her what the real situation is regarding Brooks (i.e. his kids, finances etc). However, I’m still leaning towards my first theory.
How come they don’t show Alexis going to church no more, for someone as religious as her thought she would want that part of her life portrayed more on the show to back up her statements.
Im sorry but you cant say tamra is “real” when she is always making fun of and talking about brooks. She claims shes vickys friend but talks about her best friends man behind her back and not to her face. Gretchen i feel always wanted to be best buddies with tamra but never got accepted. Now that she is friends with tam she is all over that ass, and i think it makes tamra feel better that she can put down her old friend for a new friend. I agree alexis may act like a dodo sometimes, but that doesnt mean i wouldnt want to be her friend. She looks like she would be a great friend. I’m sorry but I don’t feel bad for Alexias whatsoever. She was NOT ganged up on and people really need to stop throwing the words “bullied/bully/bullying” around. As far as I’m concerned only one person in the entire franchise is bullied and that’s Teresa.
Alexis dishes it out but can’t handle it when it’s thrown back in her face. She led an attack on Vicki in San Francisco and “bullied” Vicki in front of her kids, but Vicki sucked it up and didn’t cry about being bullied. Alexis has no problem calling other people out on their issues, but when she’s in the hot seat she can’t handle it.
As far as her friendship with Gretchen, I never liked Gretchen and always thought that she’s only friends with people to benefit herself. Alexis expects her friends to back her up all the time whether she’s right or wrong and if they have an opinion about her that she doesn’t like, that means they’re not loyal and don’t have her back. Alexis is just annoying. All she and her husband do is complain about the show but every year she resigns that contract, so clearly, it’s not that bad.
Theresa is bullied? Like when she attacked Danielle twice? Talked shit about ALL of her friends in a cookbook? Didn’t pay (and still hasn’t) paid all of her bills? Pimps her children out?

The RHOC reunion was very interesting. Alexis, Alexis, Alexis! She is getting stronger and stronger every season. She needs to be able to hear criticism without getting defensive. She had a few good one liners. What bothers me is that her friendship with Gretchen seems to be over. Last season, her relationship with Peggy ended abruptly. It always seems to be someone else’s fault. I think the root of Tamra’s problem is deep jealousy. Not over Alexis’s personality…over her looks. Do you notice how much Tamra comments on Alexis’s appearance. Vicki should have taken time out before getting with Brooks. I know she doesn’t want to be alone but she should have given herself time. Look what her anxiety and vulnerability attracted… CROOKS!
She is a great woman and I wish her all the best. I’m glad she owned up to her hypocrisy.
I think when CROOKS disappoints her, she will reconcile with Tamra.
