Danielle Staub Files For Bankruptcy!
Who didn’t see that coming? Former RHONJ star Danielle Staub filed for Chapter 7 bankrptcy protection, listing 35 creditors, including American Express this past week!

The bankruptcy petition, filed in United States Bankruptcy Court in Newark on May 30, estimates Staub’s assets to be between $500,001 and $1 million – the same estimate given for her liabilities. It lists a current address in North Bergen.
Neither Staub’s attorney, Zakaria Aljaludi of Union City, nor her California-based manager returned a call for comment.
Among the creditors listed on the bankruptcy petition are the Internal Revenue Service, the State of New Jersey Division of Taxation, PSE&G and nine law firms, including Damico Del Sardo & Montanari LLC. In 2009, Darren Del Sardo represented Staub when she went to court to stop an ex-boyfriend from releasing secret sex tapes (the lawsuit was eventually dropped) and when Staub signed a complaint against cast mates following a fight at the North Jersey Country Club. On Tuesday, the law firm declined to comment on the bankruptcy filing.

As nutty as this nutcase was, I actually feel bad for her. Never want to see anyone in a bad financial spot. She has children to care for.

I hope that Danielle can go through this with as little fuss as possible. I hope for her Daughter’s sake, that this is not used against them, as in bullying and ridiculing them.
I have been in her shoes, it’s not a fun situation @ all, strangely I feel sorry for her also, however lets not forget how she rubbed it in Teresa’s face when she had to file for bankruptcy.
She did that because Tree was bashing her like crazy and pretending that she had so much! Saying she only pays cash! We now know why she paid for everything in cash because she couldn’t pay by credit at that time.

What’s sad is she will prob take a mgr’s fee for her daughter’s modeling career to supplement her need for ‘finer’ things. I don’t wish ill will on her but she is a classic case in point of ‘what goes around comes around’ for all her shit talking abt Tre’s fincial woes, and her boasting of being the 1st person to get the ‘black’ amex. Danielle is an evil person and needs to take this as a wake up call.
Really how many times is danielle going to play the victim card. The drug rings, pistol whiping, kid napping, stripping,pornos…etc. WAH WAH WAH. She throws bricks in glass houses. Gross neglect and we will be paying for her stupidity with our tax dollars. I don’t know about the rest of you … but I wish not to pay for her debt of boob jobs and range rovers. She even owes her ex-husband. See this is why i don’t trust her. During season 1, she said the man does not take care of the kids and he does not pay child support. While she lived in her mansion, he lived in a very normal home. She probably borrowed money to make her life seems luxurious on tv.

I think she was trying to get a TV show through some Z list producer. I believe LaToya Jackson was also involved with this. Don’t know if anything came of it though.
This is exactly why Tre should not leave the show. Once your off, you just don’t have the same opportunities as you have when you are infront of millions of viewers every week. I wish Daniel that best of luck. Bankrupcy is hard on anyone.

Yes and she ridiculed the house Teresa and Joe lived in before their current house and compared how Teresa dresses her kids to how she dresses her dog.
I believe she did all that because Tree called her whore. Even if she is/was a whore no woman deserves to be disrespected in front of their children and that was the moment that I begin to dislike Theresa!!!
The reason behind Teresa’s “prostitution whore” blowup on the Season 1 finale was very specific. In Teresa’s first cookbook, Skinny Italian, Joe writes a section on being a good house guest in someone else’s home. And he recalls a story about Danielle and an off-camera incident where Teresa and Joe invited her and a boyfriend (don’t know if it was Steve or not) and some other friends to their shore house. While they were there, Danielle and the BF started going at it on a chair in the living room in front of everyone including ALL THE CHILDREN. Teresa’s kids and Danielle’s kids. That is part of what Teresa was screaming after she flipped the table. She says “….coming to my shore house…” and something about “f***ing a guy…”.
THAT is why she called Danielle a whore and why she had no problem saying it in front of Danielle’s children. Because Danielle had no problem behaving like a whore in front of her own children and someone else’s children. It wasn’t because Teresa just thought Danielle was a whore and felt like insulting her in front of her kids. It was because Danielle was perfectly comfortable engaging in sexual acts in front of children and whoever else was in the room.
While I do love Tre, she did call Danielle a skanky whore during the confessional/interview moments as well. They all weren’t very nice to her lol.
Not that I disagree with Tre about Danielle’s behavior being whoreish, but how is that a story that you include in a cookbook? Tre admits that she includes these stories so her cookbooks are not boring; Danielle and the others who were included in the books should demand a portion of the proceeds. If their stories help sell the books they should get some $$$$.
I feel bad for her kids because that really sucks. My sympathy for Danielle is kind of muted because of all the shit she said about Teresa being in foreclosure, from Patterson and the fact that she was conspiring with MeGo off camera.
Yeah but did she lie about anything? Isn’t that why the G’s filed for bankruptcy to stop foreclosure?

The children will be fine. Their father is very much a part of their lives. I think he night even have legal custody for summers and holidays.
