Are Producers Firing Taylor Armstrong?
This season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is almost over and that means a new season will start shortly after. So will everyone return? Not likely! In fact, E! News is reporting that Taylor Armstrong probably won’t be returning!
Sources say, “producers are looking at other options. They feel like Taylor’s storyline has become too dark and they need to shake things up a bit. They have been talking to quite a few new people. There are also discussions about Faye Resnick possibly coming onboard as a full time-member.”
Producers are reportedly also looking to hire Rod Stewart’s wife, Penny Lancaster. Alright so I think this is Taylor’s last season and she only returned this season because producers felt bad for her since she was going through so much drama! I doubt Faye will be asked to be a full-time housewife but you never know. Are you ready for Taylor to get the Bravo boot?!

Faye Resnick??? The hell am I reading? Did the producers not notice the backlash when she was on earlier in the season? They got rid of her Bravo Blog for a reason….
Of course, that’d be a dream come true for her.
If Faye joins the cast , then I am out as a viewer . Taylor is bad enough , she needs to go and Faye needs to never be seen on air again imo.
That’s why I’m a little shocked. Not a lot of people like her, so why would the producers invite her to be a full time housewife? Kind of stupid, if you ask me.
Faye Ratsnest would be a death sentence addition to RHOBH! Are the producers brain dead?
As far as Taylor is concerned, the producers should do all they can to get her into rehab…if they have anything that remotely resembles a conscience!
But I doubt that they do.
Well sometimes that does work when people hate a person so much it tends to get them more invested in the show, even though they don’t technically want to be. Plus they may tune in just to see her get taken down a few notches. Stuff like that is weird sometimes, you think it will turn everyone off but it turns out that being turned off by the person makes them want to tune in for other reasons. Who knows, it could go either way I’m sure. That said, I hope Faye will not join the show…I can’t believe I’m saying this but I would rather keep Taylor than Faye.
I get your point, but this might be too divisive. RHOATL hasn’t found its stride with Sheree leaving last year and Kim leaving this year. And many of us are hanging on by a thread with RHONJ (I want to see who producers ask back after this 5th contractual season)
I vote no for Faye. Surely there are many fabulous women to choose from in Beverly Hills! I still think of the OJ trial when I see her.
I want to see Paul next season too.
Yeah I certainly do not want to see Faye every episode, besides the obvious something really annoys me about her and hearing her voice makes me want to rip my ears off lol.
Kyle has been trying to get Faye on the show from the very beginning but producers dont like her! That, in my opinion is the reason Kyle was so mean and nasty to Brandi from day 1! Kyl is rumored to get a portion of the contract for all housewives she brings into the group.. Brandi was brought in by producers and not Kyle.. so kyle has no vested interest in Brandi.
She does have a vested interest in all the other ladies.. its all about the $
I’ve heard the same thing. Honestly I HIGHLY doubt they would bring in Faye as she has been lurking in the shadows since Day 1 and has never been offered the position. Lord knows she’d sell her soul to be famous…oh that’s right. Already sold it.

Fae RatsNest really does want on the show but I don’t think they will allow it. But having Rod Stewarts ex-wife being one is truly stirring the pot since Adrienne is dating her son. They will pick her over Fae and still use Fae as a friend.

I think Yolanda is the kind of woman everyone says they want (classy, rich, not into drama) but once we got a woman like her no one likes her hardly because she is so boring haha. I think I would like her on a different show. Being on the housewives makes her seem stuck up and boring I guess, I don’t know. I don’t believe this story at all. These EXACT same reports came out after Season 1, saying that Camille, Kim and Taylor would not be back. The same story went around again after Season 2 saying that Kim and Taylor were being let go. This happens at the end of every season and they all still come back (although I do think they need to cut Taylor like TWO seasons ago)
I would normally agree with you, but I do think they’re getting rid of Taylor, mainly because she has barely been on this season and it seem like they’re phasing her out. (thank gawd)

But I agree with your other statement that the remainder of the cast can hold their own. I also heard they’ll likely not ask Yolanda back, and if they did, I’m not sure she’d return anyway.
I hope Yolanda doesn’t come back. I will be super happy if Yolanda leaves along with Adrienne and Taylor. Camille said she has no interest in next season after all that happened this season.
Yolanda has no storyline except for her husband, and shows little interest in the show altogether. Plus lord knows she doesn’t need the money. I highly doubt she’ll return.

I have no interest in the corpse eater at all. I find it offensive every time that vulture gets trotted out with her friend Kyle. Certainly one factor in realizing that Kyle is of questionable character is her long standing friendship with the ugly buzzard.
I think it may be for the best if Taylor is let go. The media exposure does her no good. However, a part of me is liking her role pointing out the hypocrisy of Camille, Kyle and Adrienne who were not nearly so concerned about the legal taxonomy last season when Camille was outraged that Russell was suing her when she got a cease and desist letter. And Adrienne’s infamous “friends don’t sue friends” remark was about a cease and desist letter. That they are making a distinction this year is the purest form of hypocrisy.
That Kyle agreed to ban the Armstrongs from her home because of the C&D while she is bringing Adrienne along to the tea in a similar situation just tells her that one person’s C&D is not the same as another’s and that the rules for Taylor are different than the rules for Adrienne and that Camille as a victim is different than Brandi as a victim of legal intimidation. It’s a critical point to make and no one else can make it.
Camille obviously consulted an attorney when she received the C&D and said she could not interact/talk with the Armstrongs. So, her astonishment that Brandi is consulting a lawyer is beyond disingenuous. Certainly, Brandi is showing more fortitude than Camille did. I didn’t see Brandi demanding that Adrienne be banned from the party.
Seriously, the hypocrisy those three women have wrapped themselves in would drown them if they were in water.
I completely agree, I was actually quite appalled by much of last night’s episode. How on Earth did Adrienne sit there and insist there was no letter? And then her painfully obvious deflection, “What about what you said on Twitter? What about what you said on Twitter??” She was very clearly flustered.
Adrienne’s lawyers served Brandi with an official C&D. If I remember correctly, Russell sent an email to Camille threatening to sue, I don’t even think he actually had his attorneys draw up a formal C&D! And Adrienne and Paul were essentially the ring-leaders in having Taylor and Russell turned away at the White Party. The “Friends don’t sue Friends” that some on here want to take so literally applied LESS in the Russell vs Camille (hello, were they friends???? NO.) than it does in Adrienne vs Brandi because at least they are co-workers. Taylor was completely right in calling out the hypocrisy of Camille and Adrienne in yesterday’s episode, even if her delivery was booze-fueled and poorly articulated.
I have wondered how Adrienne lies so easily and feel she has probably lied a lot over the years, in big ways and gotten away with it. Anyone else would fess up/apologize. She seems very used to lying while looking into someone’s eyes. Shifting to Brandi’s single tweet was an odd / silly move in that verbal duel. Loved that Brandi kept her cool.

Adrienne, Kyle, and Taylor need to go. Adrienne is just reaching out for attention, I used to love Kyle but now I find her shady, and Taylor is just a hot mess. “sources said” aside, one of the most famous moves of franchise’s is to put the problem cast member in the appropriate rehab..then fire them if the cast member does not comply.
All humans are aware that “scripted is scripted” = bravo to the T.
Bravo is knowingly employing a cast member who is visibly in pain and masking it in a vat of alcohol. Normally it is the person’s choice…but in hollywood/bravo land – it would be the responsible approach.
I don’t think Taylor should be fired..she should ask Kim where she went to rehab and sign in. It would be laughable for bravo to fire her because she drinks too much..all of their franchise’s promote alcohol.
