Alexis Bellino Reflects On The Emotional Reunion; Calls Out Tamra Plus Heather!
RHOC star Alexis Bellino has had quite the season. Alexis took to her blog to reflect on the emotional reunion and calls out Tamra! Alexis also talks her friendship with Gretchen and thanks Vicki!
“Well, it’s a bittersweet ending. That’s really the only way to describe where I am. I know that everyone wants to hear from the heart, so that is exactly what I’m going to do in this final blog. . .speak from my heart. Please hang in there with me through this blog, since I’m wrapping both reunions into one. I hope I do not get too emotional, as I am using this blog for closure for myself as well.
First of all, I want to discuss my husband. I have watched him be berated, ridiculed, and mocked for three years. I have two words for these ladies: BUZZ OFF. My marriage does not rely on what any of these women have to say about Jim Bellino. He is my husband, my best friend, and I love and cherish him and I will stand beside him for better or worse, through thick and thin. Jim is so amazing to me; he is my support, he is my rock. I respect his mind, I respect who he is, and I respect what his heart is made up of. He is the best father I could ever imagine; he is so charitable, he is so giving, and he loves me to death. I don’t know that any of these women have ever felt the kind of love Jim and I have for each other, otherwise they would honor the fact that he is my man and leave him alone. Jim is a M.A.N. (i.e. mensch as my Jewish therapist says he is in Yiddish). What I mean is, he walks the talk and I can always count on him to do what he says he will do because his word is his bond. He will always be the man in my relationship, and I have NO desire to be in that role. This is what works for us and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve been married once before, and I’ve had boyfriends in the past, and guess what I have learned? I will rule the relationship. I am a very strong individual and I need a man to be a smidge stronger than I am or I will steamroll him. Deep down, I don’t want to run the whole show because I have learned it’s not good for either partner in a marriage to be in charge—hence the title “partners.” I want our relationship to be 50/50, I want someone who will tell me when I am out of line. I need a partner who is not scared of me. If this is difficult for some to understand, I have really good news for you—you don’t have to understand it because it is what works for me, and if it doesn’t work for anyone else, then that’s OK. I am not defending or explaining myself; I’m simply stating the way it is. I have let it go all season with him being the punch line of jokes, and this is my way of releasing it. I have said my peace now about Jim Bellino. He is my husband, and he deserved the first paragraph of my blog because he sat back all season and let these women annihilate him on a weekly basis without any recourse.

Tamra made the comment that I bullied Vicki in San Francisco. NO, it was NOT the same as what happened to me in Costa Rica. There are major differences between the two. Costa Rica was premeditated. Both Heather and Tamra left the room with the very clear intention of calling me out, and it was with hate in their hearts that they came to that dinner. Tamra even muttered, “We’ll just kill the bitch. . .” Who says that? Who even thinks to say that? What happened in San Francisco was very organic, and Vicki sat at the table and asked me why I was mad at her. When I tried to diffuse the situation, Vicki then said “Bring it on,” so I had very little choice but to discuss it at that table with Vicki. I never wanted that conversation to happen at that moment with other women present, but I also won’t back down when put in a corner. In San Francisco, the spur of the moment wound up in a conversation where Vicki asked for answers. . .In Costa Rica, I wasn’t asking anyone for answers.
While we are on the topic of Tamra, I have to say: I can take all of her abuse towards me, and even towards my husband, but her abuse towards God is unacceptable. I have never heard someone talk the way she talks. She has no shame. Jesus Barbie was cute, but almost crossing the line — I can take it in stride. Yet Jesus Jugs doesn’t just cross the line, it catapults over it. That comment has offended Christians everywhere. How does she decorate her home in crosses yet make a remark like that without an ounce of guilt? Then she is promoting Jesus Jugs wine glasses her Facebook page? So now it’s blasphemy along with defaming Jesus and monetizing on what He sacrificed for us. I would die for Him, and I am sticking my neck out here in honor of Him: Tamra needs to publicly apologize not just to Christians everywhere, but also to Jesus. He doesn’t deserve to have negativity attached to His name just because I decided to do this show.
Let’s move on to another important topic: Nordstrom and treating the crew badly. I am so deeply sorry if this has ever occurred. I have wracked my brain, and had many, many people come forward telling me they have never experienced me the way Heather described. I have asked the production crew about what she was talking about and all of them looked at me crazy and said they knew nothing about what she was talking about. I have also received phone calls, emails, and private messages on Facebook and Twitter from Nordstrom employees saying they have assisted me and do not stand by what Heather has accused me of. I also saw the blog from the publicist for Nordstrom saying they will not acknowledge it nor stand by those accusations. Now, with that said, I am still not naive enough to think there may not ever have been a day I was not the perfect shopper, and for that I apologize. But if these accusations were true, don’t you think that production would have captured ONE second, just one second, of footage of me behaving that way in three years of being on TV?
I have seen Heather being mean to me all season. She tries to make amends with me in my hotel room after premeditating an “intervention” with me. I did actually want to accept her apology in my room the following day and move forward, and I actually thought we might. However, when the rest of the season played out, I saw how she still talked about me in her interviews and to Tamra following Costa Rica, and I couldn’t just suddenly forget and move on. I was stand offish because I didn’t trust her. I can be kind without being a friend to her. There was even a time when immediately after the night where Terry called me phony on national television, we ran into them at a restaurant here in town and they looked at Jim and I and said, “Come on, let bygones be bygones, come join us, life’s too short. . .” You are darned right life is too short! It’s too short to go sit at a dinner table with people who are talking smack behind my back on national television but then trying to be nice to my face. I think I smell a little phoniness there.
Heather talked about me non-stop all season long. Then she greets Jim and I with open arms at the party at her home, but moments before while getting ready with Terry she talks about how she’d toss us out if we so much as brought up Terry having called me phony. Then Terry himself is chomping at the bit to discuss the phony comment with Jim at the party. The two-faced actions and double standards are shocking and just plain crazy. And the gossip is endless. I have never in my life dealt with someone who will go to such extremes to try to be kind to my face, all the while calling me names and being so unkind behind my back. I have heard countless stories from friends and acquaintances about Heather’s misconduct — that she used a nasty tone, that she threw her drink on a server, returned food items repeatedly and deliberately to make sure they knew how important she was, spoke down to wait staff, even that she is the biggest gossip at the school. . .and the list goes on. She is projecting her knowledge of her own bad behavior onto me.
After the reunion, I apologized to Heather for my part in all of this mess, and I was hopeful we may actually move forward — once again. But weeks later, the night the final party actually aired on television, she and Terry were on Twitter saying Jim wasn’t invited to their party, when they darn good well knew that Terry had invited Jim. Plus, how would Jim get through their gate without one of them calling him through? This is just one more example of what I’ve had to deal with all year long. I cannot act like a friend to someone’s face when I know someone is constantly demeaning me. I will not tolerate being treated this way anymore, nor will I back down when pushed far enough. It’s time I stop being quiet about everything and letting people continue to walk all over me. Do I wish I had said all of this at the reunion? Yes, and I was expecting to do so. Yet I wasn’t emotionally healed from Costa Rica at the reunion, so I was not quick on my feet. But guess what. . .I’m healed now.
As far as Gretchen and I, only time will tell, and I know that time can heal many wounds. But there are some things that occurred over this past season that are very deep, and still very much open and raw. To me, so much changed because Gretchen did make a choice when she befriended Tamra — she wasn’t forced by anyone to make a decision, nor was she placed in a scenario where she HAD to choose either Tamra or myself. I never put her in that place and I have several friends who don’t get along. It’s impossible to have it otherwise. But do I feel her behavior towards me changed? Absolutely. Perhaps it was Tamra, perhaps it was that Gretchen didn’t need me anymore.
Gretchen never would have handled the Fox 5 incident or Costa Rica that way last year. If she loved me and wanted to tell me about Fox 5 out of concern like she says she did, then why didn’t she come to me the MOMENT she found out I got the job with Fox 5 and show me the emails instead of waiting and doing it on the reunion? Yes, I do want honest friends, and if I have lettuce in my teeth, you better tell me or else. . .but be kind when you tell me and do it with love. I felt none of that from Gretchen this season.
As for Costa Rica, she has been my good friend for two and a half years, so why didn’t she come to me sometime in those two-plus years and tell me I said things that bothered her instead of waiting and jumping on the bandwagon in Costa Rica? I’m a big girl, and can handle constructive criticism (whether it’s on TV or not), but she had two and a half years to come to me and never did. I feel like she has spent enough time with Tamra now that her patterns, behaviors, outlooks, and opinions have changed. The person Gretchen really is has been lost to this new mean-girl version. I want my old friend back.
The Fox 5 issue is ridiculous. If you listen to what Gretchen and I each say on the reunion, what you will hear (if you really pay attention) is that I’m not making it a competition, she is. I admitted that the producer had offered Gretchen and I both one taping when I was a guest at their station showing my dress line TWO weeks after Gretchen had been a guest showing her makeup line. I’m very honest to say that they even told me at that point they wanted both of us to do a taping about the Del Mar Races on the same day. I said yes that will be so fun, because at that time we were friends and I had no idea I would get a segment from it. I showed up and did the taping, she declined it. After that taping, I was offered to come back for one more, so I excitedly went. After that taping, I was offered a weekly Friday segment, and I was elated! I have no problem if Fox 5 was offering Gretchen a position too, after all this is the showbiz! But once Gretchen came to my home and said they were SUPPOSEDLY still offering her the position, I demanded exclusivity, which Fox 5 didn’t hesitate to give me, so they obviously didn’t want her badly enough to shut that door. It’s really no more than that. But what MADE it dramatic was the way Gretchen told me she supposedly had been offered something first — she capitalized on this foreshadowing event at the reunion.
Before closing, I feel it is important to thank Vicki for standing by me this season. I never would have thought that she and I would be where we are. In the past, when Vicki and I were not friends, there were three things I always said about her: she has a big heart, she is a good mom, and she is a great businesswoman. I am not claiming she is my best friend, and I am not claiming that she doesn’t have faults, because we all do. I just know that this woman does not have a mean, malice heart. We definitely don’t speak every day, but we do hang out, and we are good friends. After being shocked by other actions that have occurred this season, we are taking our friendship slowly, and truly getting to know one another. I feel bad for all the backlash she has gotten for loving Brooks, and I feel that we need to let her figure her own life out. Everyone has said their feelings about him, now realize that she is 50 years old, and she will make up her own mind. Enough is enough.
With all the drama that has occurred this season, I would not change a thing. Nothing is as important as what I am walking away with from this past year: a loving and forgiving God, myself intact, my marriage intact, a new-found friend in Vicki, and an outlook on my career and businesses that is better than it ever has been. My new ringtone is “(Stronger) What Doesn’t Kill You,” because that is how I feel. I have learned so much about myself and what I can change for the better. I AM stronger now than ever before. I believe my kids will grow up and be proud of how their mother handled all of the situations that were thrown at me, and that is all that truly matters (obviously not for 14 more years because if it’s in my power they will not see this show til they are 20! LOL). I kept my dignity and my values, and I will work every day to be a better person.
I am so incredibly grateful for all the fans who have been so kind and supportive this season. You guys have done something for me emotionally that I am not sure you will ever fully understand. It’s been moving beyond words to hear from you, and my gratitude is endless. I adore each and every one of you. I will keep in contact through Facebook and Twitter, as I feel you all are why I am here. I may not know what the future holds, but I know WHO holds the future.”
I do think the ladies were very hard on Alexis. Alexis has annoyed me in the past but from what I saw this season, she was really trying to be friendly and cordial with everyone and no one was having it especially Heather. Heather came into the show and didn’t even give Alexis a chance and that’s probably because of Tamra. I have a feeling Alexis won’t be returning next season because she’s over the drama! I actually Liked her this season and Gretchen did not have her back at all!
I have to agree.. I’ve never been a huge fan of Alexis… but, she’s definitely grown on me this season.. she’s handled herself as a very mature woman… she has not stooped to the trashy level so many of these women have on all the HW shows when treated poorly… she’s remained classy… she definitely has gained my respect while several of the ladies have completely lost it!

I think that because people liked her all of the sudden this season, it was too late for some of us who have watched her all along! You cannot act how she did for 3 years, then just walk into the group like you were always innocent!! Hello, she is full of ish thats why I never liked her! I am a faithful person obvsies not 100% practicing my religion( I cuss too much lately) and I was not offended. People who were offended by that comment were looking for something else to add onto the Tamra hate list.
Completely agree don’t pick and choose what you u consider “Christian” because its very obvious you don’t follow when not convenient. I hate people that use religion to bash and insult others who don’t agree or follow your beliefs.
I agree, Michers! I have never liked her from day 1! She was always showing off and bragging what she had, always mentioning how she’s such a great hands on mom which she isn’t, she was mean to Vicki in SF, she looks down on people and thinks everyone is beneath her (where is she from again? Yeah, I thought so), always being rude to people until now (she was rude at the reunion when she said, “are you guys gonna get it, or do I need to physically go get it?)” I can’t stand her, and I hope she gets fired!!!!!

i’m not overly religious but i can understand why jesus barbie and jesus juggs can be offensive to christians. tamra was trying to be offensive and wanted to hurt alexis with those words and now she’s using them on wine glasses? how tacky is that to use hurtful words that she has used against someone and try to make money out of it. she is still attacking alexis by doing that.
we all have words that offend us. some worse than others and those words can be offensive to some religious people. it doesn’t matter if it wasn’t offensive to you. the point is it is offensive to others.

I too was VERY offended by this comment but not because I am a christian but because I am a female…. This was another disgusting comment from Tamra… IMO she does this for attention so if she is so happy in her life right now why then behave like trash…. Hmmm something doesn’t ring true here.

That comment offended me! And honestly, it upsets me that other people find it okay. i would NEVER attack ANYBODY based on their religion, nor insult them while incorporating any religious term. That is OFFENSIVE. I am deeply offended by Tamra. I think Christians get so much negativity and it’s unfair. I was offended by “Jesus Barbie” because did it have to be a “Jesus” barbie. Alexis isn’t Jesus in any way shape or form. Jesus is our savior, not Alexis. I’m not going to go deeper, but for a religion that has literally saved people from thoughts of suicide, depression and helped them through roughs time to make fun of what someone lives by is offensive. I’m going to stop because I really am hurt and I don’t want to continue with this.

And to chose someones religious beliefs to put them down crosses so many lines. I wasnt offended personally by her comment because I know where I stand w/ my God and where Tamra stands is between them. I was offended that she’d use someones religious beliefs to mock them and cause hurt. That right there is pure foulness and digusting!
Tamra made her comment to be offensive cause Alexis is religious. Alexis shouldn’t be ashamed or made fun of cause she is a christian..Team Alexis…Im sure Tamra will be on her forth divorce by the end of next year, i don’t know any guy that would put up with her.

I do think people would be upset in any other religion. It is equal to a racist comment. If Alexis were black would it have been acceptable for Tamra to call her negro barbie? I dont think so! She wouldnt DARE. Race and religion are off limits. I dont think Tamra would have made a jewish slur had Alexis been jewish. OC use to be my favorite and im ashamed to say Tamra was my favorite housewife but mid season i quit watching. Tamra is a reality TV producers dream come true.Because she is IGNORANT and will do anything for fame. Producers told her to go after vikki and Alexis and she did so… with HATRED. No different than RHONJ I stopped watching OC.. i would DVR and ffwd through Tamras mean girl BS. I took a step back and that has allowed me to see this show and the others for what they are.. manufactored drama by producers.. sure there is no script, but they tell one set of girls to go after another… and watch the fighting take off.

Say What, great post. I was going to bring up the example of race yesturday(but was afraid i would receive backlash), but if someone did say “black barbie” people would be outraged.People should never use race, religion, or sexual preference to make fun of a person. Should be off limits.

I’m sorry, I have no disrespect to Christians, just Alexis. But if you all are truly offended by that one comment, why do you watch this show? Women talking about sex toys, having affairs, people getting divorces left and right, cussing every 5 minutes. How is that Christian? I have to agree with Michers, it just seems like people are trying to use it as a reason to hate Tamra. Tamra has stated that she believes Alexis is not a faithful person based on the way she behaves, and I have to agree. She wouldn’t make that comment to a decent person who actually walks the walk with their faith!

Im sorry if people are offended by that, I was not because of how Alexis is! I totally do not think it was specifically directed at her RELIGION. So if youre a Christian and believe in your faith you cant watch TV ? Who sets the rules for what a person does in their religion? Being of any faith doesnt mean you have to be extreme. It also doesnt mean that its ok to go on any national TV show and insult people of any religion. I have a christian friend whos single, she goes out, dances, has lots to drink, listening to music that im sure isnt CHRISITIAN and gets up the next day and goes to church. Does that make her a hypocrite? No one can set the rules for someone elses faith and decide its ok for other people to degrade that person for what they believe in. You dont have to believe in what I or others believe in but you have crossed the line when ou insult someone elses religious views. Its not ok, no matter how Tamara trys to spin it.
Thank you! I am not christian nor am I religious but I am a women (with big NATURAL boobs) and I was completely offended. I think Tamra blurts out these types of comments for attention. She LOVES being the center of attention ALWAYS inverting herself into everybody’s business (ex: Terry and Jim’s pal wow at the bow party)…. She can’t help herself but why does this have ANYTHING to do with me watching this show????? It’s simply my opinion….
Also who says Tamra didn’t have this “Jesus Jugs” idea already in her mind planning…. EXAMPLE: Tammy & Ev. on Basketball wives with Non MF Factor and other saying that they made T Shirts with and profited off of them…. IMO she had this already in the works to use on wine glasses for her little so called Wine by Wives crap… Wonder how that is going now since Vic and her are no longer friends…. Hmmmmm
nobody needs a reason to dislike tamra because with her there are far more other reasons to dislike. every woman on that show has insulted each other but tamra using alexis’s faith that obviously she takes seriously whether you think she doesn’t or not is not okay. she did cross the line. if anyone else said it it still would be offensive but the fact is tamra was the one that said it. this is the second time she came up with a jesus name for alexis. honestly the first time she did it i thought it was a little funny but now she is just going overboard with it. as to why people like to watch this show knowing it might show offensive things. well, for me. i like the entertainment. i like watching crazy rich ladies acting human and showing everyone their flaws because before the housewives franchise people including me thought they had perfect lives. well, this show opens my eyes to the truth and nobody is happy with how much money they have and makes me feel good. i can still have an opinion if i don’t like someone attitude or not.
Maddie i’m a Christian and YES it is offensive! Tamara did not have to bring Religion/ Christianity into her insults PERIOD! If your not a believer good for you but for those of us who are it is insulting and she needs to leave God/Jesus out of her insults to alexis.

If you are asking me Say what?- Just like you or others may feel one way, I feel another based on the show and Alexis has been the whole time she was on it. This season , was this the Real Alexis, or more fake trying to be the sweet little lamb? IDK! They all bother me in different ways, but she bothered me the most- I don’t have to like her, and I don’t like how she represents because I think its an act, its fake, my personal opinion. Tamra does run loose at the mouth- she admits it, not that it makes it right- but I think thats the worst you can say about her, no? I couldn’t agree more with all your post. God doesn’t care what you look like on the outside (implants botox,hair extensions, ect), all he cares about is the person you are on the inside…Alexis is a good person, she is not a mean girl. Even if people don’t like her,she never deserved to have her faith thrown in her face. No one does.
I didn’t agree with a couple things in her blog…for instance she didn’t need to go there about the things she heard about Heather, it is just making her stoop to Heather’s level. Also, she said she couldn’t say all this at the reunion because she was still wounded from Costa Rica…but Costa Rica in all reality was 6 months ago. I think the real reason is she gets intimidated talking with these ladies and her words don’t come out right and they railroad her anyway when all 3 are screaming, so she was UNABLE to say anything.
All in all, I agree with Rox…she was really ganged up on this season and I think she came out looking like the better person.
Except we saw on the first episode of this season when Heather and Terry went out to eat that she really is a vicious bitch to the wait staff and does send stuff back. We don’t need to take Alexis’ word for it, we can trust our own eyes.
I’m sure Heather was brought on the show to meddle and help attack Alexis. She’s an easy target and much of went happened to her wasn’t necessary. Frankly I didn’t enjoy seeing her being attacked in Costa Rica and was very disappointed that Gretchen didn’t stand up for her friend. It’s clear from watching the reunion that it was all a set up and Gretchen even had planned what she was going to say. This kind of staging and ambush kind of attack is not what I care to see. If the purpose of it was for viewers to applaud it, they lost me. I actually felt sympathy for Alexis and lost respect for Tamra, Gretchen and Heather.
Having said that, Alexis is not perfect either and she and her husband seem to be social climbers. They are all guilty of being critical of one another. The difference is, I don’t think Alexis does so in a hateful way or to be deliberately cruel.
Heather did a KTLA interview where she stated she did NOT want to do the show, But Terry wouldnt speak to her for 2 weeks until she agreed. I was very shocked by that, but then again, she has been known to lie.

Alexis and Jim are evangelical christians. They believe it’s their duty to share the word of God. I agnostic so I take her preaching with a grain of salt, but I definintely think she’s a practitioner of her faith. No one is without sin. It seems people on this site just don’t really like people talking about their faith. Alexis didn’t say anyone was going to hell or were not saved, etc. We all live in glass houses so stop being so judgemental!

No one had ever heard of heather before housewives. To say she broke into acting for ten years is reaching. She tried to pursue an acting career for 10 years and failed.

I totally agree with her in regards to the Vicki and Brooks situation. As a friend you can have concerns about your girl friend’s new man. Express your concerns a few times, and then let it go. No one wants to hear over and over how much you despise, hate, don’t trust, dislike their new partner. As a friend it is great to be truthful and express your opinion, but not over and over and over and over again. I also agree with Alexis in regards to her marriage. It is HER marriage, not Tamra’s, not Gretchen’s, not Heather’s. What works for one, doesn’t work for another. If they are happy who are we to say what works for them is wrong?
In regards to Heather, in one of the first episodes when her and Terry are at the restaurant and she goes on and on about a thinly cut piece of fish, and how the thinner slices are prepared better, and most place don’t cook correctly, right then and there I was thinking to myself OMG really? This bitch is going to be something else.

I thought this (excuse my language real quick) bitch isn’t a chef, she isn’t trained and she is going to go on and on about how to properly cook something to a 5 star restaraunt?! (I’m assuming- since she is miss high class (trash) Heather) And this coming from her but all the while accusing Alexis of ‘talking down’ and being rude to the crew and random people?! I can’t stand Heather. She thinks that by acting difficult and hard to please that other people will be impressed and consider her to be high-class. I have seen nothing at all about her or her lifestyle that I envy. I’ve read elsewhere that she doesn’t even like being around her kids that much (surprise!) and treats her hired help like dirt. I’m sure she cooked up stories about Alexis to beat her to the punch.
I love Alexis, and the only person who should be fired is Gretchen. She used the show to falsely advertise products. Heather is just a jealous girl, who thinks money can buy her friends.Too bad Heather couldn’t afford a stylist for the reunion show.

I actually liked Alexis this season. And I (for the most part) agree w her blog. She may be materialistic but ALL those women are. IMO, Heather moreso than anyone else. Champs?! Really?! And being so nasty in her talking heads, oh and not to mention so rude and cocky about how a restaraunt cooks her food. But Heather wasn’t planning on talking about it in private, was she? She and Tamra planned to call her out at the dinner table. She was simply trying to save face.
MM-Heather ASKED if they should discuss it, and Alexis agreed. It doesn’t matter what Heather was “planning”-Alexis basically said “bring it on”, so they did. Alexis didn’t LISTEN. She was completely defensive from the get go. This is my problem with her-she is always defensive! She NEVER gives a thoughtful answer to anyone’e comments except to turn it back on them, as if to say “I know you are but what am I?”..which is so immature! She likes to be overly dramatic, and expects no one to question her. She got her nose done, but she had to make it sound like life threatening surgery. She’s an anchor on tv! Oh wait, she only does a 5 minute segment once/week. The ladies BULLIED her in Costa Rica…but when she did the SAME thing last year, it was Vicki’s fault.

Anyone would have been defensive. Alexis isn’t the smartest or wittiest girl in the group. She also isn’t be best communicator. I think it was pretty obvious she wasn’t trying to “brag” about the news segment – she mispoke? Just like Costa Rica, Mexico??
As for Vicki – if you remember, Vicki actually started the issues in San Francisco by complaining about Alexis talking on the phone during dinner. Less than 24 hours later Vicki is doing the same thing during lunch – talking on the phone. Vicki is a hypocrite! I don’t think the others should have chimed in – especially best friend Trampra – which created that ganging up scenario.
I also think the beat down in Costa Rica went on much longer than the San Francisco altercation.
Listen, I’m not really a fan of any of the OC housewives anymore. I miss Jeana! However, I think some of the folks on this site have their minds made up about people as if they really know them from the 2% of filming that they actually show. It’s blatantly obvious that Alexis was the target this season (just like Teresa the past two seasons). I keep pretty up to date on the doings of housewives and much of the “evidence” of fraud is highly exaggerated when it comes to the Bellinos. Otherwise, he’d be in jail (which is probably where Juicy is heading). Feds don’t mess around.
I don’t think she will be returning next season. Jim hates the other women and was pissed off about the way they treated Alexis. She is a rude person for sure; my friend went to the same plastic surgeon and said last month when my friend was there, Alexis walks in and acts like she owns the place. My friend did not even acknowledge her.
Why would your friend acknowledge her? I dont acknowledge strangers when i go to the doctor.
After seeing how entitled Heather acts, I find it very difficult to believe that every time she goes anywhere, people are regaling her with stories of the Bellino’s rudeness. I think that all of the animosity towards Alexis is rooted in jealousy. She’s the only happily married housewife on the show. I don’t see the Dubrows as being in a state of wedded bliss, if so–why did Heather get so insulted at Terry’s painting party joke (about being happily married 5yrs out of 15) to the point that she had to leave the room? Or demand he leave the table when they were having lunch with her agent in LA and he kept making stupid jokes, embarassing them both? I’d take a King Jim or Queen Terry any day of the week.

Anyway, I do agree with Alexis regarding Heather’s rude treatment toward others. I do recall the scene of Terry saying he doesn’t really like going to dinner with Heather because she returns a dish at least three times until the waiter and chef gets it right. Then we also saw how Heather treated her staff at the party like servants rather than people. Heather does have a rude, cocky attitude and we have seen her like that. Heather did make Alexis the highlight of her bashing. I do hope Alexis returns. I’m not crazy about her but let’s face it, she isn’t that damned bad.
To be honest I don’t think she acts very Christian like but who am I to judge. But I will say this I can’t stand when some disrespect God or Jesus. If you believe or don’t believe you should never disrespect someone’s higher power. I will never go around make jokes about God or any other being that someone else believes in. I saw the show sporadically in past seasons, so I really don’t know much about what happened before. But just based on this season, I think Alexis held her own and I don’t think she seems truly mean spirited. Heather went so hard on her, at first I wondered, but after a few episodes, it just seemed like it was a ‘script’ she was following.
As for the offense she took at a certain religious comment, if she was offended, then that is her right. It is her faith, and it was about her. Come on people, if someone ran you down on camera, would you really blow it off? No, you would tell your friends and family and you wouldn’t like it.
I think Heather, Gretchen and Tamara were so mean to Alexis because they are jealous of her. They have all pointed out stuff that they have, they just picked on her for doing it. Tamara should be more mature than name calling. She is an adult with children, what type of example is she setting, regardless of the name? Gretchen and Slade need to slither into a sewer somewhere. I am an atheist, so I have no dog in this fight about Jesus Barbie or Jesus Jugs. However, I don’t have to be black to recognize a racist epithet and I don’t have to be a Christian to recognize a religious insult. Tamra was intentionally offensive and insulting because that’s her job security.
The folks who are offended have a right to be offended. The folks who are not offended have the right to be not offended. What we don’t have the right to do is to tell others that they don’t have the right to feel what they feel. There is far too much thought policing going on with far too many people telling people what they are allowed to think about how they perceive their faith.
We are all allowed our opinions and allowed to disagree with each other and argue vociferously in defense or against the actions of these women who captivate our attention far too much, but when we start telling people how their internalize their faith, we are crossing the line.
you’re so right. i really like your post and you said it perfectly. everyone should stop saying how someone should or shouldn’t feel about their beliefs. i’m guilty at that as well. i’m not a religious fanatic but i do have my own beliefs and i am open minded and can see why tamra’s choice of words can be offensive. people just have to use common sense and think that when it comes to religion, race, gender, sexuality and politics some things are gonna be offensive to some people. those topics are always gonna be touchy and tamra intentionally hit a nerve.

My posts on this subject were not to offend anyone…like I have already said 10 times. They are my opinions of Jim & Alexis. Again my opinions. That’s fine if you don’t agree with anything I have said. But I will say calling me names because I don’t like them is out of line. Not once did I call anyone names or purposely try to be hurtful. People are defending Alexis because she was called a rude ignorant name by Tamra & then turning around & calling me names.
Reality TV & blogs are about us watching & judging them. That is what I was doing.
