Adrienne Maloof’s RHOBH Mansion On The Market for $26 Million!

Adrienne Maloof of RHOBH and her husband Dr. Paul Nassif are in the midst of an overwhelming divorce. Because of this, the couple have listed their gorgeous estate, for a whopping $26 million!

The eight bedroom, 11 bathroom house includes a guest house and a guest apartment. Also on the property, a tennis court, a pool, and a two-story office/library space. The couple are listing their home through cast mate and friend, Mauricio Umansky, fellow housewife Kyle Richards’s husband.

The couple paid only $12.7 million in 2004 when they purchased the stunning Beverly Hills mansion, but with their impending divorce, the house is now for sale. With all the money Adrienne is worth, do you think she will be downsizing?!

    I think she should now that they could possibly (or they are) splitting the kids. I mean for now they are with her but im sure paul will want 50-50. So maybe she wont be seeing the kids all the time. Whats the point in living in such a huge mansion with no one to fill it up anymore? I think she should downsize to a small 4 bedroom somewhere in BH. Kind of like Kim kardashians home, its comfy and cute but still kind of big. Best of luck to them..especially the children right now!!

    Knowing how she is, no. If she were to downsize… It’ll still be a mansion. Adrienne looks like the type to drag her divorce as long as possible to get more publicity. She better play nice with Paul because I wouldn’t be surprised if she continues to play dirty. She doesn’t even like Paul touching her money or any of her assets, so this divorce will be really messy.

    I can’t see her marrying him without a pre-nup so I don’t think there will be any argument regarding her family businesses. Calif is a community property state, so not much to argue there either other than spousal & child support.

    Here is my thoghts. Adrienne should bit the hand. By her bashing Paul in the press, whether or not the accusations are true, she could serioiusly damaged Paul’s reputaion & practice therefore perhaps getting less $$$ in the divorce settlement. Not that she needs it, I am saying, she should bash him in the press. Keep it private people !

      for sure. they started this bashing bs and it isent going to get them anywhere. Wish they would of thought about their childern before this turned so ugly. I hope it dosent hurt pauls business.

    I think she just doubled the fee in order to make sure she doesn’t have to split profits with Dr. Paul.
