Adrienne Maloof Wins Temporary Custody After Accusing Dr. Paul of Abusing Their Kids!
Things are starting to really heat up in the Adrienne Maloof and Dr. Paul Nassif divorce showdown! The latest development is that Adrienne was granted temporary custody of their three children today, but did she lie to the judge?
TMZ reports that a judge granted her temporary custody after she filed a declaration that when Paul picked up the kids from school last week, he choked one of the boys around the neck in order to stop them from kicking each other. Adrienne also claimed that when the boys were bathing together (awkward…) one of them peed in the tub and started to fight, so Paul spanked one of the boys and threw the other onto a corner. Wow!
Adrienne did not stop there. Chef Bernie also filed a declaration, stating that he witnessed Paul kick the family’s dog when it peed on the floor. A DEA agent who is a friend of the couple also filed, saying that he witnessed Paul putting his hands around one of their boys’ neck.
Paul nor his legal team were present during the hearing, but Paul’s attorney tells TMZ, “This smacks of underhandedness. Adrienne wasn’t even present when this allegedly occurred. It is a sad day when parents have to stoop to the level of making false allegations against another parent.”
Clearly, I don’t know Paul or Adrienne but I never in a million years would’ve guessed that Paul’s behavior was anything like this! I am not buying this for one second. Adrienne seems like the type to not tolerate this, especially after the Taylor drama from season two of RHOBH. The worst part is that someone is not putting their children first in all this. Do you think Adrienne is playing dirty in this divorce, or is the truth about Dr. Paul coming out?

he’s a creep with the claims he made against Lisa Vanderpump last season he clearly has no problem being a paid puppet and doing Adrienne’s dirty work for her anyone surprised he sided with the person in this divorce with the more $$$$$

I agree. I also dont understand why Adriene would want to cut the childrens father out of their life. I cant believe Paul has a temper like that. Adriene seems to be the violent one to me.
Those kids are old enough to talk to the judge. Adiene is going to get nailed in court if shes lying.
This is very sad to hear. I like them both a lot. I would be really disappointed if Adrienne lied about this. Divorce is nasty. I know. But please don’t use the children!
The Maloof’s have a ton of money. You don’t think they give out political contributions and have many connections? They have a friggin casino license.

I want to believe this isn’t true…but remember season 1 when there was a scene of Adrienne saying she’s much more patient with the kids than Paul? And Paul kind of…he was frustrated and playing basketball to let out his frustration. He’s a nice guy and I don’t want it to be true, but that scene…I mean, people can lose their temper once.
