Bethenny Frankel continues to scoop up properties and expand her real estate empire as quickly as she did her SkinnyGirl conglomerate.
The Real Housewives of New York star purchased the Morning Glory House in Bridgehampton in October for $2.037 million.
Bethenny’s new Bridgehampton abode used to serve as a bed-and-breakfast and was first listed on the market during the summer of 2016.
“I think (Bethenny) thought it was a great investment because it’s seven bedrooms, walk to town,” says Kathleen Conway of Town & Country Real Estate, the listing agent for the property. “It’s an older house, and she just really loved the charm that it had.”
Adding, “The house has high ceilings and lots of beautiful molding and details.”
The Morning Glory property sits on 0.6-acres, has seven bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, includes a wraparound porch, and an in-ground granite pool.
While can’t confirm, this home may be featured on Bethenny’s new Bravo show “Keeping It Real Estate,” with Fredrik Eklund. On the show, Bethenny and Fredrik will buy and flip multimillion-dollar homes.
