AllAboutTRH Exclusive! Former RHOD Tiffany Hendra Cautions Dallas Women Against Joining the Show!

We all know that when it comes to reality fame, the bad comes with the good. Many former housewives have had horror stories from being on the show and state that at the end of the day, it’s just not worth it. Adding to the list of disgruntled ‘wives is former RHOD Tiffany Hendra.

Tiffany only appeared on the first season of RHOD, and although she was relatively quiet, she is now speaking out on Bravo and Andy Cohen.

Tiffany recently went off in a public Facebook post warning the ladies of Dallas about upcoming casting for season three. In her post, Tiffany states:

“I’m getting texts and seeing FB posts that Bravo casting is looking for new women for Season 3 of RHOD. Hear me, ladies. If you want to be famous and willing to jeopardize your marriage, family and brand/mission – go for it. Bravo is a bottom feeder. People worship Andy Cohen. HA! What a crack up. He’s laughing at these women as he’s purchasing his next piece of NY real estate. Be mindful of who you worship!!! They are about exploitation and look for any crack to destroy you, your husband and your marriage for high ratings. (I think most of the NY housewives have gotten divorced!) They will dig up ANYthing to use against you. It’s just fact! You are paid to fight. Period. Beautiful, affluent women fighting is just about the ugliest thing to witness. I can’t, I won’t be quiet about this. Bravo uses you and laughs at you … all the way to the bank. It’s just gross.”

The post then goes on to praise D’Andra Simmons for staying true to herself and her beliefs. She also states that she wishes “this franchise would go to hell and die, once and for all” adding that we “need programming that celebrates strong female unity.”

We exclusively reached out to Tiffany to comment further on her experience; however Tiffany states that her only purpose was to warn fellow Dallas ladies about Bravo:

“My post was for the women here in Dallas. To enlighten them about the truth as casting begins and to protect them.”

It’s obvious that Bravo looks for the slightest crack and will go full force to exploit it. I do think some of the ladies such as Tiffany join the show with good intentions, only to leave with a bad taste in their mouth. On the other hand, I think there are plenty of women who would do anything for fame (including faking an extravagant lifestyle) and seem to enjoy playing the game.

Thoughts on Tiffany’s post? Do you think the bad outweighs the good when it comes to becoming a ‘Housewife?’

  • Why now? Why didn’t she ” warn” anyone when she was on? Is she bitter she never came back ? Why speak on marriages ruined, is her’s ? Why didn’t she say anything when her so called BFF was becoming more loony first season? She’s not saying anything new either ; we the viewers knew most of this anyway … I mean I think it’s kind of irrelevant for her to be speaking on things that she has nothing to do with . IMO

  • shes right. I doubted the producers involvement until Bethany got back at luann. obviously beth and production staked out tom. he shouldn’t have kissed that woman but who follows someone just to humiliate their fiancée on cable tv.

    • I know lol! Why is she trying to be all ” hear me roar” at this point? I didn’t care for her due to her being fake and her desire to defend her lunatic ” BFF” , who , I believe tried fighting her and hitting the camera one episode lol. Girl , bye.

      • Hi Michers– I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving-
Tiffany will probably not been seen again on Bravo, I also think LeeAnne wanted to fight her- you know what I really wonder- Is if LeeAnne gets physical with her fiancée….

  • She’s exactly right and I wish other women would speak out about it too. Good for Tiffany in finally standing up and stating what most of us, the viewers have always known, Bravo/Andy Cohen are assholes. Why do I even watch these shows? I’m addicted, someone help me!! LOL

  • Tiffany is sour ..cuz..she was forced to admit that she was in a soft core TV series and was addicted to drugs.

““From having daddy issues from when I was a little girl to being sexually abused as a teenager,” the reality star said of what sparked her “bad choices.” “Then I started drugs and I was very promiscuous. Everything was based out of fear.”

Tiffany should have used this as her storyline, instead of friend of LeeAnne…this information was disclosed by viewer’s that investigated new cast…almost a day before the season premiere of #RHOD.

  • Bitter much! News flash all reality shows are spun off drama…..MTVs Real World’s best ratings from its inception in the 90,s were the ones that were drama filled. I don’t think Survivor would be on if the contestants did not outlast outwit and strategize against each other. Heck Top Chefs first season was boiling over with drama…hence “I’m not your bitch, bitch!”…I can go on and on. This is not news …the problem is that Tiffany got fired for not being interesting enough to the audience….she is not the first one to get canned for not getting a response from the audience, Atlantas DeShawn got let go early on. The difference is that she didn’t go on crying about it and try to highlight all that is wrong with reality TV as if it was news to the world. I wouldn’t call Tiffany boring, I just think she didn’t vibe well with the idea producers were trying to covey…..She is coming off as pathetic! Had women’s empowerment been an issue, she would have not have signed on for season 1 or just stayed away completely when key season 2 was filming but some how she was at events season 2 as well.

    • I feel this is a waste . She’s late on trying to preach lol. And, she was relentless backing up a crazy violent person . Not a fan .

      • She’s not the first , and not saying anything people couldn’t see themselves. Why is she so bothered years later? She’s a one and done .
