The Real Housewives of Dallas wasn’t exactly a fan favorite, and with rumors circulating that season 2 is has no drama, viewers are not sure what to expect. The AATRH team is hoping for a great season 2; it’s not like our favorite network to let us down!
We spoke to several RHOD sources that all confirmed the main reason why things will be different for season 2; there is a completely new and different production team! “While the producers are doing their jobs and stirring up drama, they genuinely care about the women; that wasn’t exactly the case last season,” our insider dished. Adding, “The new company is doing all they can to producer a great season; the pressure is definitely on. They are insisting the women confront each other; it’s a ‘team A vs. team B’ situation.”
We can also assure you that charity is not a big part of the season, at all! “Even when the women are at a charity event, it’s about the women and their issues, not the reason they are there. While individually the women are still doing their work and chairing events, it won’t be explored to the depth it was last season,” our source spilled.
That being said, “All of RHOD ladies are still involved in charity, that theme just didn’t go over especially well with viewers,” our source explained.
Continuing, “To be fair, originally the women were told they were filming a reality show about the social scene in Dallas, which revolves around the charity world. Had they known they were going to be a part of The Real Housewives things probably would have been different.”
