Looks like NeNe’s “statute of limitations” only applies to her, because there are now unflattering reports criticizing NeNe for backing out of the reunion pledge she made to match Kenya Moore’s $20,000 donation to the Detroit Public Schools Foundation.
Following NeNe’s WWHL appearance on Sunday, during which she more or less admitted that she does not have any immediate plans to keep her word, TMZ.com reported that:
The prez of the foundation is incredulous, telling us there’s no statute of limitations. She says they never heard from NeNe, but would be more than happy to take her money.
NeNe always says she’s a rich bitch. At least we KNOW half that is true.
There were also numerous fans on Twitter that voiced their disappointment with NeNe for not keeping her word. After all, this is about the children of Detroit trying to get an education, she should be happy to donate.
