Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice headed to court this morning with her husband Joe Giudice and mother-in-law. Teresa and Joe are having to deal with 39 counts of fraud that can result to both of them going to prison for up to 30 years! Check out Teresa and Joe heading to court in the video below!
According to TMZ, Teresa and Joe are both free on $500k bond after “surrendering to federal authorities in their fraud case. As part of the terms of their bail, both Teresa and Joe had to surrender their passports and are restricted to New York and New Jersey. Joe, who is not a U.S. citizen, is subjected to drug testing. Teresa will not have to subject herself to drug testing.”
The couple went to court hand in hand with Joe’s mother who reportedly was shouting and swearing at paparazzi. Joe Giudice also moved a camera out of his face and was then advised by his lawyer to ignore the cameras. Joe and Teresa are scheduled to be arraigned in federal court on August 14.
